Nearby to cafe, Mr DIY and Watson. Room is spacious and super clean. Facilities are well maintained, looks very new as well. Lift with security card. Felt safe and comfortable staying here. Easy to park as well. We find that this is the most comfortable hotel in Kudat compared to other available hotels and golf club.

Recommended! Rooms quite small but comfortable and clean. Friendly service & is located strategically near convenient stores & restaurant.

All staffs are good servicing, helpful and friendly.
Reception room is very clean. Lift too.

Short family vacations during my husband's business trip. The motel is strategically located. There are plenty of accessible rooms as well as high-tech and safety features such as a key-card access lift.

The lobby toilet is exceptional, super clean, and have auto lights on and off :D

Clean and comfortable. Easy to find food all around you. There is a pharmacy and Speedmart walking distance from hotel.

One of the best rooms in Kudat as the hotel just opened recently. Rooms are clean and comfortable, soundproofing does pose a minor problem, though, as there is a pub nearby. That being said, the location of this hotel is excellent as there are restaurants, pharmacies, and even a massage parlour nearby.

Security is top notch! You'll need an access card to go around this place. There's a nice place to hang out on the third floor as well. And more importantly, it's close to a bunch of well known shops like 99 speedmart, watsons and most recently Servay supermarket (only 5 minute walk). The room feels very premium and clean.

Brand new hotel in brand new commercial lot. Same row as 99 Speedmart, Watson & Mr DIY. Laundry and restaurant just stone throw away from hotel. Super convenient. There is a lift too.

Very secure. A bit smoke's smell even though its a non smoking room. Probably from the previous guests. They did their best to cover the smell though.

The newest hotel here in kudat town. Very clean and located near to watson, diy, 99speedmart, servay jaya supermarket, self-laundry, etc. Recommanded.

Best hotel in sabah. So clean so big with reasonable price. I had such a good sleep here.
