My wife and I had an amazing time when we went for a 4 day trip with our friends at Casuarina Palms in September!

We still talk about our experience to this day.

Such a surreal experience for us.

There's so many things to share with. Especially the environment, location and the people. Excellent place to completely relax for a great holiday. I will say more about it on my next review.

Stay at Bayuh villa for 1 night. Kind & helpful staff. Remote area, no cellular network but still you can watch Netflix 🤣. No food option but love the full-fledged kitchen and BBQ grill trolley. Breakfast prepared by the staff at your kitchen 😋 My children really enjoy the private pool and beach. Definitely will stay longer next time.

Amazing villas and outstanding service. We stayed at Tranquil Seas Villa and it is a beautiful villa with two living areas, 2 bedrooms (each with a big private bathroom) and private infinity pool. The decor of the villa is exquisite and meals are delicious! This is the perfect place to relax by the sea after travelling through Borneo. Francesca & her team made sure our stay was perfect!

It was beyond perfect. Stayed only one night. House, pool,beach was clean. View 100/10. Service by crew fantastic specially by our host Francesa.
A perfect vacation spot for family/friends events, gathering, party.
There is no food options nearby but the house is equipped with a full fledge kitchen to cook. You may also request them to cook with charges. BBQ dinner options are available.

Beautiful, sunny and calm, these villas are located in the Borneo jungle, with a Balinese touch.
We have come several times with family or friends, and all these moments of pleasure will remain engraved in our memories. Thanks to STAFF, they are very kind, professional and friendly.

An oasis unlikely to be found anywhere else. We enjoyed the private beach and villa set against the Malaysian jungle. Lovely dedicated staff who make this an unforgettable experience. We didn't want to leave

I have to say that Kudat Riviera was beyond my expectations. I knew from the videos and pictures that it's a gorgeous place but it truly is a different beast all together when you get there and experience it. We were greeted warmly by Roger, the manager of Kudat Riviera, and was given thorough instructions on how to arrive at the booked resort. The house, the yard and the pool are maintained daily and is kept really clean. Breakfast is on the house with options for dinner at additional expenses and the cooking is top notch. I have to say that for a place so far out, it is kept tidy and the bugs that get into the house are far less than imagined. They provide mosquito repellent and umbrellas so that’s a plus.

The most surprising and memorable thing is actually the staffs, they are very professional, warm and welcoming! During our stay we experienced a tropical cyclone that caused a power shortage to our house. With heavy rain, Roger and his staff bared through the weather to carry two giant batteries from our house to the front entrance and back just to ensure we have electricity. Roger and his staffs really goes above and beyond to ensure that we are comfortable during our stay and it’s really touching. Everyone was so caring that it felt like a family :)

As a final word, Kudat Riviera is truly an amazing to stay. The beaches, the food, the view, everything is just exceptional. And though you leave, a piece of you will always stay with Kudat Riviera and everyone there. Try it and you’ll see what I mean.

"Sceptical but I was wrong"

We have heard about Riveira for quite sometime. Because we have had great time staying at villas in Phuket & Bali, we were a little bit sceptical about the standard of service of Rivera Kudat. I am glad that we were proven very wrong right from the moment we drove through the guard post. My wife and I have been working non stop for almost 2 years and we were in a messy state of mind before arriving; And all of the sudden, at Riviera, we could let ourselves loose and felt at ease immediately. The warmth welcoming from everyone, the quality of the facilities, the breathtaking scenery, the serene atmosphere left a loving imprint in our hearts. Our jaws dropped wide open most of the time. We gratefully enjoyed every second of our stay there. It was absolutely amazing. We will definitely be coming back for sure.

Notes: Mosquito or insect repellent are provided and saved our lives; Great wifi available at villas; No cellular phone signal; They do take-outs from Tip Top Restaurant and the quality of food is great (love that they support the small community businesses surrounding them to boost local economy and reduce waste)

Love the place, very exclusive, cleanliness is superb, staff are friendly. Price is very high and increased every year but worth the spend as it is absolutely rewarding. Suitable for family or honeymoon vacation. The beache is white and clean.

We visited Kudat to give us a few days of relaxation after a busy 2 weeks family holiday in KK. I thought we were going to a posh self catering beach villa. I was wrong, it was HEAVEN and there was no need to self cater. When we did we were "helped".(BBQ they set it up for us, and then everything had been magically cleaned up by the time we went to tidy!) I had no idea that beyond our breakfast being cooked for us the Riviera staff would be constantly on hand to help us and would pop in to prepare snacks, to provide extra towels, to make us coffee, to clean up after us, to sort out our take out orders. They all bent over backwards to make sure we had a fabulous time and we did! The beach was beyond beautiful, the pool was amazing - I could wax lyrical all day! If we can come back, we most definitely will.

The most private bay at the Tip of Borneo, Kudat.. These exclusive villas are now available for rent.. Either by room or the whole.. Call or book online.. Perfect sunset views.. But watch out for the sandflies.. They will bite 24*7 😀

Such a wonderful place for family gathering, private beach and parking, plenty of space, complete facilities, perfect hospitality. But there is no coverage, can only depend on wifi service. But even the wifi is quite slow. But overall such a wonderful experience

This place is amazing and massively undersold. Great staff. Private pool. HUGE villa. Breakfast cooked for free. Afternoon tea cooked for free. Huge bathtubs and bedrooms.
