They open at 11am. As extra information: inside this shop you can find a Ticketmaster store (place to buy and print tickets for events / concerts), which is located in the corridor that connects the Liverpool store with Pabellón M.

even though the prices are a little on the high end they do have a top of the line merchandise plus they have an excellent customer service helpful friendly and very patient I went in there looking for tennis shoes and ended up getting bicycle gear all in all a great experience

Big store, big selection, big brands, big prices, if you are into all of those, this store is for you. I personally have never liked to pay extra just to have a big brand label to show, but I would definitely pay extra cash for quality and confort, and they seem to have those 2 here too.
