Escala Barra de Vinos

Wonderful, cozy wine bar in Ensenada offering tastings, glasses, and bottles of regional wines (including natural wines!) The owner and staff go above and beyond with their kindness, knowledge, and genuine love of conversing about wine. I wish I could give this place more than five stars!! Couldn’t recommend highly enough and will be coming back every time I’m in the area :)

Sin duda a great find in Ensenada. Staff is on point. Great rotating selections of wine. Raw Oyster Bar (see photo) , Walter's Tap Room and Escala are all on the same site. Can't go wrong here. The Tap Room was closed when we visited, but this could quite possibly be a "go to" spot this summer.

Great chignons and a knowledgeable wine server Jose. They have natural wines also.

Great spot for wine tasting. You can choose from a 3 or 6 selection “flight”. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable of their products. There is also availability of a beer menu from next door and any food off their menu.

I cannot say enough good about this place. Go here but only if you love wine and sweet people who also love and promote wine.

Una de las mejores experiencias para disfrutar vino de la región en Ensenada.
Extensa variedad de etiquetas especializados en viñedos pequeños y medianos de la Baja.
La atención al cliente es excelente y disfrutas de una muy buena charla mientras degustas tu vino. Hay opciones de comida deliciosas de Raw Oyster bar por lo que no te hará falta nada para pasarla bien.
Si está atendiendo Stephanie aprovecha para una buena cata y coto.
Este lugar no te lo puedes perder, haz escala y tómate un buen vinito de la Baja.

Único wine bar en Ensenada.
Buscamos por todas partes y lo máximo que encontramos fué copeo de dos vinos de la casa. Acá José prepara degustaciones de vino en serio a buen precio. Somos sommeliers y nos encantó. Volveremos todos los jueves que renuevan la degustación. ¡Gracias!
