A vegan friend suggested this place, and what a find. Like a 90s Sprouts/Whole Foods, if they had existed in the 90s. Great selection. Kayla and staff very helpful. Definitely going back. Part of Bodegas Santo Tomas, a very cool collection of shops and restaurants next to the Centro Soriana supermarket. Miramar and 6th. Lots going on in this area, so stay groovy!

This is the smaller of the two Mercados El Roble. This store is very clean, helpful staff and has products most Americans prefer buying. The best item sold here is the chicken, always fresh, includes many different cuts and stated to be organic. The skin of the chicken is pinkish white not yellow as most brands found in Mexico. The larger store has many more american food items.

If you’re not able to make it to the States for your groceries, this is a good place for SOME organic items, as well as, items that are hard to find in Mexico.

Great natural food store. Nothing quite like it in the area. Gluten free foods and organic produce. Dairy free foods and vegan too.
