The UPS Store

I have used the UPS store to print many home projects in the past few years and I have always been very satisfied with the product. They are timely, courteous and professional.

Friendly and Helpful.
My first visit to the new UPS store was a good one. I found the staff to be friendly, knowledgeable and caring. Great addition to Douglas

Very nice store. I especially like that the workers are so dedicated. Brian literally Waited almost an hour on me trying to get my package sent and I'm very happy that he is such a nice person.

I had a excellent experience at this facility. As a first time user I was unsure of how to proceed. They took control and promptly had my heavy parcel packed and on its way. Thank you!

Cheap for printing papers

These folks won't give a specific quote for package receiving. The best I could get was "somewhere between $3 and $15 per package", depending on the package...But they don't have a rate sheet, so how are you supposed to know ahead of time?

On the other hand, Pro Ship Express (also in Douglas) has a flat fee of $1 per package. So needless to say, I'm going there instead.

False advertisement,
I did my research before sending packages to this UPS Store. It said it was a UPS Access Point in the UPS website. According to the images I uploaded a UPS Access point is given to a store in order to make it more convenient for UPS shipping customers. When I got the confirmation that my package was delivered I proceeded to go pick it up. The lady who received me treated me as if I was stealing a service from them. Saying that they have to manually write the information of the package. Also she told me that “the owner had seen my name several times and that I HAD to get a PO Box from them”. In the UPS Access Point website pictures I show it never says that a store has to charge for receiving packages. I understand that people need to make money and that a PO Box can help the owner get more of that. But If you are advertising that you are a UPS Access Point you should give the services listed. I was planning to use this office for my businesses and personal shipping, but I will prefer to send everything I have to Sierra Vista or have UPS come to my door. This is the reason businesses can’t get their good start and ultimately close, a business needs to provide the services it lists and advertises even though sometimes it means writing stuff down manually. This is my first Google Review and I am saddened that is not a good one, I was really pleased when I saw that a UPS store was going to open in Douglas. Too bad the outcome was not the desired one. I will be presenting a formal complaint with UPS and hopefully for any new customers UPS Access Point services will be there and will not be charged a PO Box fee. But as a customer I will never be back there. I hope the owner/operator sees the pictures and has the time to answer me back with an explanation of why he/she lists services that are not provided.

Horrible place. Horrible staff. Horrible service. Never will i use ups ever again. Not only are they rude but dont care.
