Akari Japanese Bistró

Best Japanese restaurant we tried in Saltillo! Very nice atmosphere - beautiful and clean interior, just enough music / TV to add to the vibe, but not to overpower conversations. Food was between excellent and good. Best simple Edamame I had outside Japan. Beef was delicious. Tuna "sashimi" turned out to be ceviche, but very good. And the guava cheese cake was to die for. Only the Mexican roll I did not like so much as it was deep fried and a bit dry. But overall, absolutely worth going!
And best of all: Super attentive and friendly service.

Good food, good service, awesome location prices are average for the location and the menu is well varied. Parking is a pain if your not staying at the hotel, but still accessible. The inside is a little small but they do have outdoor seats that are great at night.

Never had Japanese before and this was very good. Had the seafood soup, which was very filling and the steak wrapped shrimp, which was phenomenal. Large selection on the menu and I had a hard time deciding, hope to come back to try more options

It is what is expected of an upscale bistro. Very higher quality food with a wide variety.

Rolls are made with prime quality ingredients as well as soups.
