Hilton Garden Inn Monterrey Obispado

This is a great hotel, very clean, nice staff, very helpful. We stayed on two different occasions, once going to Queretaro and once coming back and both times it was great. The first morning we went to leave after breakfast the door lock wouldn't work, so the front desk staff got maintenance and after several people worked on it they got it open, apologized and upgraded our room for the next stay. They also have a good free breakfast every morning.

Really enjoyed staying here. The continental breakfast was great and staff were very friendly. The price is reasonable and the views from the room were beautiful.

I don’t understand how it’s only a 3-star hotel. I had an awesome stay in a great area of the city with all of the amenities. Located in a convenient part of town with picturesque views of the city and montañas. Will most likely stay here every time I visit the Beautiful Monterrey.

Very clean room, the location is also very nice. The view from the room is amazing. The food from the restaurant is also good. Satisfied with the housekeeping service as well.

Great visit. Staff are wonderful. Rooms were very clean. Breakfast was great. Staff went out of their way to locate my lost cell phone. Happily it was found, delivered to hotel, picked up by a friend and mailed back to me. I will stay here again!

It was such a pleasant experience living here. I stayed for a week in June. During our stay, we are happy about everything - wide room, beautiful view, and most importantly, extremely friendly staff that offered help as much as they can.

Especially, I highly appreciate Jose Luis’s help. We lost our sunglasses at a local restaurant in Guanajuato, but as tourists here, we don’t speak Spanish at all. Jose kindly helped us reach out to the restaurant several times and is extremely patient along the way. Finally we are able to get the sunglasses back thanks for his help. We feel more than welcomed and comfortable as guests. Thank you!

Great hotel, well designed rooms and awesome breakfast. Not too many restaurants or bars in walking distance around but that might change in the future.

Great Hot l, clean and safe.
Food at restaurant and room service was very good.
My only down was had to call multiple tines to order room service and the TV volume was very low.

The day before I edited my reservation due to plane cancellation. The representative cancelled my whole reservation and I had to make another one. Other than that everything went well.

Just an amazing place to stay. Great views of Monterrey from every angel. Breakfast is killer and service is amazing from the great at the front doors, reception area, and the wait service extremely attentive!!! My first time here and when back in the are for business will stay again.

This is an excellent Hilton property in Monterrey. It opened about a year ago and temporarily closed due to COVID. But all of the amenities this hotel has are top notch.

If you are concerned about safety in Monterrey, this hotel has security on all levels of entry.

The staff are exceptional and the bar and restaurant are great as well, especially Maritza, Louis and Christian.

Building lobby on bottom floor. Hotel lobby on the floor above. Rooms are clean. View is amazing! You can't use your Hilton app to check in remotely or use as a room key.

The stay went well after we brought up some issues and management addressed them. If you let them know they will take care of you.
