Team 2 was the best this evening!
On my return visit to this establishment, I opted for the pikanja, a DIY-style beef dish that allows diners to cook the meat to their desired doneness right at the table. To complement the richness of the beef, I also ordered a side of fresh green vegetables, providing a welcome balance and aiding digestion. With our party of seven, the portion sizes proved more than ample, leaving everyone thoroughly satisfied by the meal's conclusion. The interactive nature of preparing the pikanja at the table added an engaging element to our dining experience. Overall, it was a convivial and flavorful evening that left our group eager to rebook a future reservation.

This is the best place to eat in Saltillo. T-bone is the greatest meat to try. Also it is a discount Thursday and Friday. 2X1 starting from 8 PM.

It was beautiful place and historical building. Before i enter the restaurant, i was already so happy with this building. I prefer outside so that we set outside with fresh air. Very good service, great food.

Traditional place at Saltillo, with cabrito and beef dishes. Also the carajillos are very good. If you are in this town, you can not miss the opportunity to try at it.

Great food and great service guy was nice enough to let us know that if we waited 15 minutes to order there would be a two-for-one special who does that I can answer that now the people at this great restaurant the meat was super nice and the salsa very tasty I have no problem recommending this to anybody

Had 18 people for work. Excellent experience and food. I liked the sweet red salsa a lot. They brought half a dozen different platters of meat, all very good. The portable wood burning hibachi was awesome. I'm not sure, but I think the final bill was only $45 USD per person, which would be a great value all things considered.

I was in Saltillo for 2 weeks. I was there previously in the Fall of 2021. I visited El Meson Principal in the Fall and had to go back when I was back in town to share the experience with my coworker. We enjoyed so much we chose to return again during this 2 week trip. in all occasions the food was great, the atmosphere is nice, clean and relaxing. I love the uniforms of the wait staff and their attention to detail is fantastic. I highly recommend you visit. I know I will return on my my next trip to Saltillo.

Northern Mexico is famous for Cabrito. These guys know how to cook it!

If cabrito is what you want, cabrito (kid goat) is what you get. A great place to taste this delicatessen grilled the traditional "Norteño" way. They also offer good steak and chicken. Great friendly staff, inviting ambiance.
Don't be afraid to order the goat heads and eat all of it (not the bones) or the goat blood stew.

The cabrito de leche is very good. Appetizers are fantastic. I have been there several times in the last couple of months and will keep coming back

Excellent food. The homemade salsa, tortillas were so good. Thr queso confundido con chorizo was out of the world. The carne asadas were delicious and tender.

One of my favorite spots in Saltillo. Salsa is the best i've had. Known for cabrito but the steaks are excellent too. Price is appropriate as well.
