Inn Galerías Hotel

I give 5 starts for the Worthy/Cost relation. Actually I think it deserves 4.8 but no decimals are allowed! We will return for sure! Room, common areas and included breakfast are good. Billiards and gym area are comfortable and included in room price. Elevator is nice. Parking area, gardens and lobby are ok. Hotel is pets friendly, but of course pets should be quite, clean, well behaved and not large. Found drawbacks to look for improvements are: 1) Dirt and some waste under our bed, 2) old roof, 3) WC lever sticking, 4) Main room door need maintenance, didn't close easy, 5) In the shower was just warm or hot water, not cold, 6) the little pool wasn't working and 7) maybe the most important aspect, I needed to call several times to get information and to reserve the room with "call after" answers and contradictions around the information. Nevertheless all this issues, I hope Hotel attend all of them, we enjoined our stay very well as well as our stay in Aguascalientes, and we extensively recommend this hotel if your budget is according to this level of accommodation.

The area is very clean, the service is efficient and very professional, but most important the food is simply delicious.

El hotel tiene buena ubicación, si bien no está en el centro de la ciudad es fácil llegar a varios puntos, puedes llegar al centro caminando, asi como a otros lugares.
El hotel es algo antiguo pero cómodo y acogedor, el personal es amable y las instalaciones se encuentran en buen estado.
Me volvería a hospedar en mi próxima visita a Aguascalientes ☺

Esta muy bien ubicado y esta muy bonito, la gente muy amable, solo que en las habitaciones les falta un poquito de limpieza

Muy bonito el hotel Inn Galeria muy buenas atención limpio y son atentos ecepto la chica q está en el comedor pues es desatenta con los huéspedes y limita la comida ella es intensa y se exalta muy rápido la chica del aseo Joana muy sencilla y atenta ella nos súper atendió muy bien el señor Abel Murguía muy atento y servicial en recepción muy bien todo !!!

Muy cerca de todo, bonito, cómodo y el desayuno es muy rico, solo se recomienda confirmar la habitación por llamada si se reserva por internet para agilizar el check in
