Carlos is so friendly and helpful and goes above and beyond. I left a bunch of stuff in his car (this is your reminder to not do that) and he brought it all back. I missed my flight and he rescheduled. He was so accommodating and friendly and I really recommend this service for airport transfer. I didn't get to try one of his tours but they all look amazing and he’s got the friendly energy and personality to make them extra special. Thanks Carlos!

The Best tour guide in Acapulco, I did about 4 tours with them deep sea fishing Taxco mezcal distillery and airports round trip transfers

Carlos was the best. He made sure our time in Acapulco was memorable. Couldn't have asked for a better time. He took us on a city tour and a mezal tasting, lagoon tour with fabulous food and a crocodile sanctuary. Had fresh margaritas, beer and water for us on each tour. He also did our airport transfers even when we needed picked up at 4 am on our departure.

He was very knowledgeable and even patient on day one taking us to the store to get beverages and snacks.

Carlos was wonderful. He handled our airport transfers including stopping at a grocery store. We also did a city tour, mezcal tasting and lagoon tour. Cold beers, water and delicious margaritas.

I had a great experience with Acapulco Tours and Transfers. I needed last minute transport from the airport and he was very quick and clear to respond. At the time of the pickup, he had a very cute sign that helped us identify him right away. The ride from the airport to our hotel was smooth sailing and it was the same on the way back. And that’s considering our pickup at the hotel was early at 4am. Definitely would recommend his services for transfers and tours.

Carlos is such an amazing guide! We had him the entire week we were in Acapulco. He knows so much about the area!! We wanted to do a mixture of relaxing and exploring and Carlos helped us so much with both! He took us to some of the most beautiful places and the best food (with gorgeous views!) If you’re thinking about taking a tour, DO IT! And ask for Carlos all week! He won’t disappoint, I promise!! 🙂
