Very nice location with very nice rooms. Also the breakfast was very delicious. Definitely I'll return to that hotel. Another thing to mention, the hotel has parking place and there are some restaurants neat by the area.

I recently stayed for 5 nights in this hotel , hotel was very clean , had healthy breakfast . All staff from security , front desk , housekeeping was very efficient and always willing to help.
The room was cleaned on daily basis and was the best hotel experience I ever had.
Though i was from a different country I never felt so , since every one were trying to understand and help.

The location was a huge advantage since there are many eateries near by and also lyft/ Uber would reach in minutes.

There is also Mexican Plaza in walking distance , in case we want to buy souvenirs .

I highly recommend this hotel. I would give 10 stars if possible. :-)

The hotel was exceptional = everything you would want from it. Check-in//check-out at 12 and 3 pm respectively. Nice , neat and freshly built and with an interesting design rooms (they even have usb sockets in wall plugs). Full and very diverse breakfast 7 am-- till 11 am - you have an unlimited choice between several dishes including scrambled eggs, potatoes, fruits, waffles, coffee and juice, and so on. Spacious half-empty parking for 2$ per day, convenient location - 20 min of walking to MacroPlaza and all the museums. Everyday room service, very quiet inside even though the hotel was full of people. Located on a small food/bank court with KFC, McDonalds and some local eateries//coffeeshops. Good WiFi. Computers and printers available in the lobby, as well as a small conference room and small video setup with a big tv. Nice quiet air conditioning and big beds (i'm a tall person, so i  appreciate king size of beds).

Two minor point for improvement = it is slippery in shower, good that we had a handle; not all receptionists speak English well, as a hotel in the centre of a huge city i think it's a must.

We will be back definitely.

Un buen hotel ejecutivo ideal para descansar, y para estar cerca de tus actividades, si tú viaje es de trabajo o viajas por placer para conocer más lugares y quieres tener un buen lugar para descansar, este hotel es ideal...cuenta con un gran personal, desayuno, internet, con buena velocidad, tv por cable, centro de lavado, área de negocios, buena ubicación, estacionamiento, accesibilidad para personas minusválidas y muchas cosas más .

Recomiendo al 100% este hotel por los siguientes puntos:

1.El personal es muy amable.
2. Las habitaciones son limpias.
3. El hotel está bien conservado
4. El desayuno buffet es muy bueno.
5. Esta en una muy buena ubicación, saliendo puedes caminar por la calle Hidalgo que te llevará al centro histórico.
6. Es muy tranquilo.
7. Cuenta con gym

Mi experiencia fue muy buena en este hotel, si puede hospedarse se lo recomiendo.

Excelente ubicación y muy buen servicio. Todo su personal desde comedor, limpieza y recepción muy amables. Excelente relación precio/beneficio. Ampliamente recomendable.

Excelente lugar para hospedarte, buena ubicación y buen servicio, la tv fallaba un poco y me parece que se puede mejorar la instalación, pero en general, para una estancia de 2 días, muy bien
