Hacienda Los Compadres

Recommended to us by a local, and the food was totally worth it. Chilaquiles verdes were DELICIOUS. There was a short wait, but the hostess was quick and efficient. The place was packed, so the service was a bit slow, and we had to ask several times for the same items. The only other downside is they were hosting a bridal shower upstairs, and we could hear their party (lotería and games and stuff), definitely annoying if you’re not a part of the party.

Fabulous food and birthday celebration.

Great place for a corporate gathering or an evening out. Food was phenomenal, we had queso and a selection of grilled meats. The salsas were great . Beautiful setting and easy to socialize here

Now when visiting Saltillo it is just practically dumb NOT to check out this place. In my humble opinion it has the largest variety of Mexican traditional plates garnish by the touch of a great chef at hand, the main dishes need at least 3-5 pages of the menu, the desserts are out of the world, the amenities, decorations and ambient are just too traditional to avoid... Great time, great place, great food, good prices!!!.... An awesome visit for the tourist checking the city out. They keep improving and getting better and better !!!

5 stars coffee and orange juice. Food is not good still I would come here every morning just for cafe de olla. Starbucks and caribou wishes they could do coffee like this.

One of the nicest establishments to have breakfast , lunch or dinner in Saltillo. There’s a location in the center and the one at the Colosio. The center tends to serve better food, but the Colosio’s hacienda like atmosphere makes up for it. Great traditional food and kind staff. Real Mexican restaurant.

I visited this place last Friday, it was great all around. Food is excellent!! So is service! I strongly recommend it to anyone!!

This was my first time there for breakfast, but I have had dinner there before. Absolutely excellent breakfast with lots of menu selections.

Beautiful place, great food and service. We had a group of 10 people with appetizers, drinks, main course and some with dessert. Every bit of it was amazing.

First time here, and very impressed. The waiters are really great and the food was very good and cooked as ordered with no problem.

Really good service, is a traditional mexican-north food, nice place to eat
