Plaza del Angel is a great place to walk around, and if you are fortunate, you can catch vendors in plaza selling various local and traditional items. It is extremely close to the downtown area and across from the government center.

Really nice place to visit with plenty of places within walking distance. Plaza mariachi is across the street which offers plenty of great restaurants. Plaza del angel also has street food vendors set up in the afternoons

Great place to visit in winter. Christmas ligths and decoration, christmas and local merchandise, ice skating, local food, etc...

This plaza has been renovated and they did a great job. It right in Downtown Chihuahua and there are several historical places around it.
