Heaven sent! We were with a large group and we waited a bit but totally worth the wait. Tons of freshly made options. Most specifically the T diet! Tacos. Tortas. Tostadas. Tamales. Highly recommend and we will be back…

Great authentic Mexican food, in an authentic setting in an authentic looking neighborhood. Pozole was one of the best I’ve ever had.

I had a bowl of pozole and it was delicious. Others in my group had tacos de chicharron and enchiladas which were made with homemade tortillas. Another had the sweet tamales. Everyone in my group loved everything. The prices and the service was great. I highly recommend this place.

Very clean, service is great, the aguas frescas are bomb, their quesadillas are absolutely delicious and their flan is the best I’ve ever had. Had to come back 2 days in a row cause once wasn’t enough:)

A very traditional place to try Mexican food. Service is good and quick (considering how it is everywhere). Prices are convenient. Food is really good and portions are generous.

Delicious authentic Mexican food. Loved the pozole, the tamales and the handmade tortillas. Do not miss their champurrado!Would go back to Zapopan just to dine in here again.

Food is really good. It gets crowded but is worth the wait. Staff is friendly. Every time I am in Guadalajara, I like to stop by to eat at this place.

Had the quesadilla con frijoles, loved it. The place was awesome, the live music on the second floor. Loved the decors and the furnitures. Will come back.

Real Mexican food taste, excelent service, I love it. You have to visit La Fonda the Doña Gabina. It is a little bit of waiting time but it is worth it.

This place is amazing it even has a vegetarian pozole. The food the environment, service and the whole experience is beyond. This place is a must everytime we come to visit zapopan.

Wow!!!! Food is on point and the display on the walls keep you looking and busy while waiting for your food.. There usually is a wait so be prepared but very well worth the wait... Mmmmmmm good....

I love this place because it is a real authentic Mexican "Cenaduría". The atmosphere is like beginning of 1900. Food is absolutely delicious and the service is excellent!!!
