City Express Plus by Marriott Tampico

I was very well taken care of. Staff was kind and helpful! Edgar picked me up at the airport, i was offered a ride on the shuttle a few times 😁 not sure if they do that tho, might have to ask.

I felt very safe in Tampico, the hotel (had wonderful and attentive security), and Uber and taxis were kind and knowledgeable!

My room was made everyday (ugh sorry for my mess). I'm new to hotel staying (Airbnb) but I wasn't sure about tips so I did that at the end of my stay (let me know if it's better to do daily tip pls!). One day I didn't have any towels because they hadn't received them yet. I do wish they let me keep one big towel (they change them every day) because I had to shower twice without any but honestly I should have gone down to the lobby sooner to ask for more towels. Lesson learned jeje.

Also just wanted to note why the room rating was only 4 stars. So obviously the hotel is quite nice, very modern, and I definitely knew it would be like this before because that's just the new "modern way" ig. It felt cheap. The floors are always the dead give away. The grey picture of wood floors but its just not wood. It's just giving gentrification building. Really not that big of a deal but thought I'd note it 🎶

A great option for business trips considering the cleanest, location, personnel staff members, and other characteristics..

Spent 12 days in this hotel along with two of my other buddies, and even with that long of a stay, I could say that it was really worth while. The staff are super friendly, helpful and accomodating, you'll never feel out of place. The hotel facilities are beautiful and always clean. The rooms are nice and really comfortable you almost feel at home and the staff always make sure it's always clean and asks you what you need for your stay to be really relaxing. I really recommend this place if you're looking for nice place to stay in Tampico. Really thankful and greatful to the staff for making us feel extremely at home.

Very clean, staff was friendly, breakfast was includes with our stay and you could get breakfast specially made but I believe there were certain hours for it so by the time we went down for breakfast we couldn’t get ours specially made but there was still a variety of food options. Our hotel room was really nice and clean, the only thing I would have wanted differently in our room was that the restroom had no actual door, it was a glass shower type of door so the privacy wasn’t the best but overall we enjoyed our stay and the price was good. Would for sure stay here again if we were in need of a reliable hotel.

Best Hotel in Tampico so far. Building is quite new and modern, facilities including bathroom are clean and not "worn off". Staff is very friendly and speaks english. Good wifi and free coffee. Next time in Tampico we'll be back!

Como siempre una garantía de precio calidad en un city express es el segundo que me hospedó (el anterior fue en torreon) y muy agradable experiencia. Lo unico: tuvo que descomponerse un elevador ese fin de semana y no vi que lo solucionaran rápido quizás por ser fin de semana

Hay cucarachas en el baño bastante grandes
El clima muy viejo lo reporté a mantenimiento y tardaronas de medio día en llegar a prepararlo

Muy bueno todo, solo que el desayuno tiene costo y ofrecen opción de cortesía pero muy limitado

Todo sigue correcto... Sugiero un plus en la limpieza de los cuartos.

Una experiencia agradable y un Hotel muy comodo.

Muy recomendable City Expréss Plus Tampico. Tiene todas las aptitudes para pasar unos excelentes días y visitando hermosa ciudad. Este hotel, aunque es de la misma cadena de City's, solo cuenta con el servicio de desayunos y no de cena. Así que a prevenirse con una cena fuera del hotel.
Y por otro lado,cuenta con un magnífico servicio de transporte por parte del hotel.

Desde la entrada su personal muy amables, es lugar muy limpio además de bonito, las habitaciones muy cómodas y funcionales.

Excelente Hotel, de los más hermosos de la franquicia, hecho al detalle.

Este hotel es excepcional en todos los aspectos, sus instalaciones son hermosas & muy bien decoradas, esta impecable en todas las zonas, un verdadero lugar para descansar, desayuno continental incluido, wifi rápido, seguridad 24/7, los cuartos cuentan con camas & almohadas muy cómodas, el personal es amable & respetuoso, el hotel en si no cuenta con estacionamiento (se comparte con una plaza comercial) te recomiendo el fin de semana llegar temprano para alcanzar lugar donde dejar tu carro, la comida esta rica más no extraordinaria, pero cerca del hotel encontraras varias opciones de comidas por si buscas algo diferente a lo que el hotel ofrece

City Express Plus es una cadena de hoteles que ofrece habitaciones cómodas para viajeros de negocios y turistas. Durante mi estancia, el personal fue muy amable y servicial. Además, el hotel tiene una ubicación conveniente en el centro de la ciudad, cerca de lugares turísticos y restaurantes. También cuenta con un gimnasio y una alberca, lo que fue una gran ventaja para mí durante mi estancia. En general, tuve una experiencia muy positiva en el City Express Plus y lo recomendaría a cualquiera que busque una opción de hospedaje cómoda y básica en el centro de la ciudad.
