Restaurante La Reina Roja

I was very positiviley surprised by this restaurant! On the first night of our stay we went to the restaurant across the road because it had better ratings, and it was honestly very very bad. So this night we were like whatever let’s just eat here at the hostel and it was so much better than we thought it was gonna be. I had the pasta with tomato, spinach and chicken and it was a really delicious sauce! The burger my girlfriend had was alright, but a lot better (and cheaper) than the other night across the road. The staff is also a lot nicer here. If you stay at this hostel I would recommend eating here, cooking in the communal kitchen or just going into Palenque.

Muy rica la comida y las raciones. Los precios no son tan altos, está rodeado de naturaleza y de noche se ve muy bonito.

La ensalada de manzana y la sopa de chipilin estuvieron muy rico!! Súper cómodo :)

It's a restaurant at the Kin Balam hotel. Sometimes the service was a little bit chaotic, but the staff is very friendly and attentive, so that helped a lot! The food was also very good.

A nice patio in beautiful jungle surroundings. Pleasant staff and relaxing music contribute to a laid-back atmosphere to hang out in for the hot hours of the day. Excellent soup, decent coffee, ok salads, a good selection of juices. Free Wi-Fi from the associated Kin-Balam hotel. Good toilet.

Precios accesibles, buen servicio, porción adecuada, el sabor está bueno

Nous étions à cette hôtel donc c'etait évidemment pratique de pouvoir manger là.
Le cadre est sympa avec un espace terrasse le long de l'eau et un espace principal couvert.
Les plats sont correctes mais pas exceptionnel. Le menu est assez petit et certains personne du personnel assez froides voir désagréable.
Dommage pour celles qui font de leurs mieux.
(par exemple la jeune avec des paillettes sur les yeux fait un très bon travail, souriante et très gentille)
