This is my favorite hotel in Monterrey. It's very clean and the service is quite good. The personnel are courteous and helpful. It's located in front of the Central de Autobuses. This aspect is important since I travel by bus in Mexico, I can simply walk to this hotel without having to use public transportation.

This is a classic hotel, next to one of the busiest Bus depots in the country.
Travelers can get clean rest & ENJOY a cup of coffee undisturbed. I love the dried beef with scrambled eggs ( the city is famous for Carne Seco )

Was a great place to have my mother visit from out of town cause everything to convinient stores to shopping centers was close bye. Three thumbs up!!!

I walked across the street from the bus terminal to visit the hotel. Without being able to speak a word of Spanish, I felt pessimistic that someone would be able to help me print a bus ticket. However, I was met by a friendly gentleman who speaks fluent English, and he happily printed off my ticket for free. Good will such as this is indicative of wonderful customer service, and was a pleasant departure from the impecunious bus terminal.

It is the cleanest restaurant at a ealking distance from the bus terminal, the place is very clean and the service is good as well as the prices
