Hotel Safi Centro

During my recent stay at Safi Centro, I was profoundly impressed by the exceptional customer service provided, particularly by Cris at reception during the day and Evelyn at reception at night. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care for guests’ comfort and needs were truly remarkable.

Cris welcomed me with a warm and friendly demeanor that instantly made me feel at home. Her efficiency in handling my check-in and her flawless problem solving acumen were immensely helpful. Her ability to anticipate guests’ needs and offer personalized service truly sets her apart.

Evelyn, handling the night shift, was equally impressive. Her attentive and courteous approach, ensuring that all my late-night requests were met promptly and with a smile, added greatly to my comfort. Her professionalism and dedication to guest satisfaction were evident in every interaction.

The synergy of Cris’s day-time excellence and Evelyn’s night-time attentiveness provided a seamless and delightful experience. Very accesible location. Spacious room and access. Kids can enjoy the pool with slide. Nice garden to relax. Compliementary Breakfast was good with many options. Preference of Vegetarian request were supported. Best wishes !!

Nice hotel with friendly staff. I have never stayed as a guest here, but the facilities are well-maintained. Despite its location on a busy street, things feel quiet and calm inside.

They make a very good club sandwich, albeit a little pricey for what you get.

This hotel was such a treasure after some doggy places we stayed on our trip to our winter home in Chixculub.. Uriel helped us unload our car and took us to our clean, well appointed room where he proceeded to show us how things worked and answered our questions regarding stores, restaurants, etc. He spoke English which was a blessing! We never did venture to far as the hotel restaurant was, well, in the hotel and we found the food nicely presented, delicious and varied although not inexpensive... worth it though. The breakfast buffet was enormous and accommodated all tastes. Again, pricey but worth it before hitting the highway again.

Ivanna the Hotel Manager has taken care of me before my arrival. Kept in constant contact with me to ensure everything was perfect. Her hospitality as well as the rest of the staff here are beyond expectations. I greatly appreciate the staff and making my stay very enjoyable.

We always enjoy our stay here. Staff is very friendly and the hotel is nice. Has a great pool area. Wish there were more restaurants to walk to but some aren’t too far away. Otherwise good location, close to where we need to go.

Very nice facilities, and the staff is great. Free valet style parking, breakfast included. Nice swimming pool and pool side restaurant / bar. The king size bed was extra comfortable. Can't wait to come back again.

The Safi Royal Luxury Hotel is a wonderfully posh hotel! Service going above and beyond is a standard here. The building are are eye catching and the decor is elegant. Truly stands out as a gem in the city; so good is the restaurant that locals are known to dine here. The hotel grounds houses a beautiful garden area that will takes you away from the busy bustle of the city outside its walls. The pool is within this garden that gives the pool a tropical setting complete with its own waterfall. The piano bar overlooks this gorgeous view.
Overall, a very luxurious stay, would recommend a stay at this hotel any day! You won't regret this choice luxury hotel!!!

We had and issue but they got it resolved and came to our room to apologies and made it right that's you don't see every day .Got a letter of apology and a treat. Plus free breakfast. And cleanliness there up by 5 a.m. cleaning the wall , floor, eveye single corner is looked and clean

Hotel Safi

Just Love this Hotel.  One of the best in the area and has become my favorite to stay while Monterrey on business or personal.  Very affordable for a taste in luxury. Yes, you can stay closer to the center, pay more or get fancier if you like. But what this hotel lacks for perfect location, it makes up for in quality of rooms, staff, cleanliness, maintenance and food.   You will want to eat here.. The food is delicious and they are always mixing the menu up. The servers in the restaurant are well trained, attentive and don't leave many details missed.

In specific regards to service I have found 3 general categories of service for this price range and star rating, i.e., ~100 - 120 USD per night.  I base this on over 20 years coming to Mexico as an adult traveler for business and pleasure, whether the Mayan Riviera, Merida, Saltillo, Mexico City, Juarez, Guanajuato, Tijuanna, etc...  This has held true for me and I do value a good service.

1. Little to no service
- Self explanatory

2. Service staff from a few to a full staff but not trained in service or managed for good service
-  This is common in Cancun or busy areas.
- You'll notice this bad service when the hotel staff stay grouped together chatting or hiding from customers.

3.  Service staff from a few to a full staff but trained and professional.
-  Staff are either invisible and come out of the woodwork as soon as you think or get an expression on your face of either lost or a question.
-  Staff will stand with their hands clasped behind their back, scanning the room for customers and their needs.
- Staff are attentive and always ahead of things.

Hotel Safi is #3.  It is really hard to get better service and money doesn't necessarily buy that.

If I were to categorize food options for this category of hotel, on a scale of 1-10 I would put them at a solid 9 for this price category.  And not being a 10 is OK, there are 10’s out there, but then there may be other things lacking. And what I mean by a 9 is a breakfast buffet as an example. You know what I’m talking about.  Those places that have the huge buffet with omelet stations and everything else. It is rare that you’ll find that in this price range and it is not necessary. So 9, it is out of 10 for food options and quality.

Room Quality and comfort, again 9 out of 10 for the price category.   Yea, that 1 point could have been done better, but it’s a hard standard to get to.  The rooms are plush, well maintained, excellent housekeeping, Air Conditioners that actually work and just overall comfort.  Do they have the newest TV’s or USB outlets, etc. "Nope." But, again, the price range and quality expectations are exceeded in this category and they do exceed most in this range.

I highly recommend you check out this hotel during your next stay.  It is a gem and will surprise you!

I stayed at this hotel twice once on my way up to Toronto from Guanajuato and once again on the way back from Toronto to Guanajuato. There's nothing bad about this hotel, the rooms are excellent the staff are wonderful the service is impeccable and the food is divine. If you're going to be in Monterrey this is the place to stay.

it was our first time here, and we love it had a great sleep. Jin was very polite and helpful in the parking lot area.

Absolutely grear service and very attentive staff. The room I had reserved was not ready yet, so manager upgraded me to a larger room eventhou I arrived 3 hours earlier than check in.

Excellent stay. Rooms are nice and clean. Bar and restaurant has great drinks and food. Staff is very courteous and attentive. Definitely returning.

The buffet is really Good! And the attention is the best. I visites the hotel for a profesional event and didnt stay un any room. But the actual conference room, coffee service and buffet we're verte good.

The place to enjoy your visit to Monterrey. They are close of everything and personal was always in good mood. Everything is clean and shine. Remarkable service.
