After several negative experiences with AA in the USA, we were so pleasantly surprised at the courteous and helpful attitude of the AA staff at the Queretaro airport. Refreshing!

No olvides tener todos tus documentos en regla, llevar equipaje no mayor a 23KG/50lbs para no tener cargos extra por sobrepeso y llegar con 3 horas de anticipación antes de la salida de tu vuelo.

I am in disbelief with what I experienced with supervisor Hanna Buenolos in American airlines when asked if I could cover emergency exit I advised her no because of my fear of flying however I asked for a seat that was before my seat she accused of me of being too intoxicated and kicked me out of the flight causing me to leave on the next flight and getting a new room. I have never been so humiliated in my life , she wasn't empathetic in my situation I wasn't loud or abnixious and my counter partners were in the same state as I was . She was upset because I asked for a better seat instead of accommodating she kicked me out of the flight. The guards even acknowledged I wasn't in the wrong and they had this type of experience with the supervisor. Shame on you Hanna obviously you don't understand what a phobia is and emphasize with your customers. On another note why do they sell alchol at the airport if it will allow incompetent people like Hanna to kick you out of the flight and waste your time. I will never fly american airlines. Worse customer service in my life!

La Srita Hanna Bañuelos pesimos servicio y nos dejó 1 hora en el mostrador se llevo nuestros pasaportes y visas diciendo que había problema después de que no dejo que subiera al vuelo nuestra mascota.
20 minutos antes del vuelo nos devolvió los pasaportes sin justificar el porqué se los llevaba que complicada la supervisora sin disposición de ayudar más bien parecía perjudicar. Pésimo customer service!! En esa hora preguntábamos que pasaba y solo decían esta en su oficina viendo eso. Que barbaridad! Y en realidad no había ningún problema. Que mal que en puestos claves exista gente así.
