Really tasty tacos with seafood and bacon, nice ceviche. Ceviche was served with saltaditas, guess this is tradition? Atmosphere was nice, live music but loud music. On the expensive side.

Awesome tacos! Great food, amazing prices, beautiful setting! The drinks could use some improvement, but that’s a small thing. Vegetarian tacos were pretty good too, if a bit breakfast-y!

Great food and hospitality. You will feel very valuable and taste some amazing dishes. Music is not very loud and softly accompanies your meal and conversation.

Great place for dinner... We had tacos and sopes, both very delicious... I fully can recommend the sopes, you get 3 pieces like the one in the picture... We also tried a Mochito that read also excellent... Staff was very helpful and friendly...

Lovely place. Great food. The only reason I rate the service lower is because of the following.
We ordered an entry and a main. It turned out (upon arrival of the entry) that it was for 4 people. The waiter could have checked with us if we were aware. I could hardly finish the main because of that.

Awesome open air setting. Delicious fresh food - We had tacos and ceviche and spaghetti and garlic shrimp and shrimp cocktail. Very yummy. Friendly and efficient wait service. Very clean restaurant also reflected in very clean bathrooms! Highly recommend

More expensive than the surrounding hotel zone restaurants, but you get what you pay for, the Tacos Gobernador i had were worth it.

Great food and very relaxing atmosphere. We got paella which was great and bunch of tacos cooked in traditional way from different areas close to palanque. Tacos were fine but not impressive. Cocktails and margaritas we're strong!!!

Super friendly and efficient staff! Great ambiance with cool music. Also the food is superb. I ordered a ceviche of robalo with mangoes and tomatoes and it was devine! Would defenitely recommend this place. Alas we only stayed in Palenque one day so we could not try out other delicacies.

A really nice place. We almost decided to ditch this place for cafe jade across the road (which actually was a nice breakfast place) but we were really happy that we didn't when we had the brilliant food at chivos. Not only is there a delightful manager/waitress, but the food is delicious and seemingly authentic. We had aguachille which was delicious as well as loads of great fish and seafood in a mexican style. Great value too.

Great place, great cocktails, great food...

The service quite slow and not very friendly but the food was delicious - no matter if you order meat, soup or vegetables - the plate will be great. Drinks were good too

I had the best seafood tacos in this restaurant during my entire trip in Mexico which included Cancun, playa del Carmen, sclc and Guadalajara. I ate here every meal when I stayed in palenque. The chips are the best as well. I highly recommend this restaurant. I didn’t even bother to try other restaurants in palenque. I wish it was in my neighborhood in the US.

Great Spaghetti Bolognese and atmospheric setting. Awesome spot to chill after a day spent in the ruins.
