Mayan Secret Hotel Boutique

We stayed here one night after traveling on the water taxi from San pedro Belize to Chetumal. It was beautifully landscaped off the main highway but you were surrounded by trees and it was very private and safe. They have a gate with a guard. Breakfast was included. Our room was upstairs, large with jetted tub and shower. Beautiful pool with lush plants and palms all around. Wish we could have stayed longer.

This place was amazing. So beautiful. The rooms are amazing and clean. The staff is so helpful and friendly. They make you feel right at home. We loved it so much we will be back!!! We are breakfast and dinner there. The food is so good. Fabulous!! The pool is beautiful and the grounds are so well kept up and in the evening the place lights up with all the fairy lights in trees. I can't say enough wonderful things about this hotel. You have to stay here if your in Chetumal. Best people and best rooms.

Had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Clean, spacious room and bathroom that included hammock and a hot tub. Fridge in the room and a coffee maker ( which many hotels in an area do not have have)The compound is beautiful and well maintained. Staff is friendly and bilingual. Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful quiet hotel. Large bedrooms and bathrooms. Comfy beds and pillos. Nature all around. Very spacious grounds for events and gatherings highly recommended. Great staff

Got stuck there for 4 extra days trying to get across the border of Belize. The manager Elisa was amazing, she went above and beyond and the staff were all incredible too!

El personal muy amable y atento. Las habitaciones muy amplias. Es un hotel completamente en calma para desconectarse un rato. Las instalaciones son grandes por lo que se presta para caminatas, el lugar está muy iluminado y te regala bonitas vistas. Accesible para recorrer con carriola.
Yo requerí factura y la facturación fue rápida.
Aunque el restaurante no está funcionando por la tarde, la chica de recepción me comentó que podían apoyarme con el tema de alimentos si lo requería.
Muy agradable la estancia.

Muy bonito hotel, tranquilo, sin ruido, puedes ir a desconectarte del estrés ahí. Las habitaciones son amplias y cómodas. La única desventaja es que se encuentra a las afueras de Chetumal por lo que necesitas pedir un taxi o rentar un coche si quieres ir para allá.

Un hotel a las afueras de la ciudad de Chetumal, con un amplio terreno y espacio que permite conectar con la naturaleza, la arquitectura es calida y recuerda a ese ambiente caribeño de Tulum, cuenta con gimnasio y una piscina muy preciosa definitivamente es un lugar para darse un respiro de la rutina y la urbanización.

Había leído comentarios negativos del internet y falta de agua. Fallo el internet y nos dieron otra clave, el agua se acabó y llegó más. La experiencia que tuve con mi familia fue muy agradable, con una linda atención, desayuno delicioso, las habitaciones limpias y remodeladas. Eliza de recepción nos recomendó muchos lugares lindos para visitar y la ubicación muy céntrica para trasladarte a otras ciudades. Sin duda volvería, una estancia muy placentera.

Si buscas una opción que te permita visitar varios lugares, sin necesidad de invertir mucho tiempo (y dinero) ésta es la opción.
La ubicación es inmejorable, la atención fue fabulosa y el desayuno aún mejor.
Gracias al personal por hacer de nuestra estancia algo muy confortable.
Sin duda regresaría.

Maravilloso hotel, servicio extraordinario calefacción en la piscina, espacios naturales con un toque de luces maravillosos, el jacuzzi con hidromasaje de lujo y las habitaciones super comodas, ademas tiene hamaca una delicia de descanso

La ubicación: es buena, lejos del centro de chetumal pero cerca de Bacalar y de la frontera a Belice.
La atención al cliente: todos los empleados son muy amables y rápidos en su trabajo.
Habitación: es amplia, limpia, y con aire acondicionado. Excelente lugar! lo recomiendo

Es un Lugar muy Hermoso, Seguro, Limpio y la atención de 10, las habitaciones super limpias, el chef Noemi cocina muy muy rico, Excelente, esta muy bien ubicado a 30min de bacalar y a 15 minutos de plaza las Américas,se tiene todo cerca voy a regresar a este lugar.. Le daría 6 estrellas... Todo el Personal del Hotel muy Servicial, si te quieres sentir a gusto y disfrutar tus vacaciones aquí tienes que venir.
