Fiesta Inn Monterrey Tecnológico

This is the second time we've stayed for holidays. Rooms are not the greatest but are serviceable; however, I have always had a good experience with the staff - they are responsive and attentive. Price is reasonable and location is decent. Not a resort but a good "home base" for your trip. I will stay here again.

Super comfy, great location and loved the view!

I stayed for over a week and I felt safe all the time.
The personnel is very friendly and respectful as well as super helpful.
As far as COVId precautions I think everyone was wearing both a mask and shield cover. Everything smelled like very and freshly cleaned.

Stayed for 2 nights, the service was great! First thing we did was check in and while waiting for the front desk to check the computer for our reservation, a waiter comes up and offers a complementary drink! Which I thought was great! The area is very safe. lots of things to do around the area. Great wifi and pool was awesome. I would recommend this place to anyone! Also the food there is beyond great!

Excellent value for the price. The staff was friendly, helpful and they spoke English. Loved the coffee & alcohol bar downstairs. They honored our room request on a higher floor and room was clean upon arrival. There is a restaurant inside and it is also walking distance to nearby restaurants and an Oxxo. We would definitely stay here again for the great views of Cerro de la Silla!

Rooms are getting a bit old. New furniture is needed. Nice pool. Family environment.

We had a problem at check in, but this has happened before when booking through Expedia so I think they’re at fault and not just the hotel. We had booked a room with 2 beds but they only have us a room with 1 bed and we asked for an additional small bed which they did provide.
Germán, at reception, did a great job! We were given 2 free breakfast for the trouble and the next day we were moved to a room with 2 beds so it wasn’t an inconvenience for us to spend one night otherwise.
The location is great, lots of places to eat really right outside the hotel. I would definitely come back.

The only complaint I have is that the jacuzzi has cold water, but it might be because of the time of year.

Great hotel close to everything in the south of Monterrey. I love that they have a Starbucks on the second floor and a shopping mall on the first two levels. One thing to add is that they have an agreement with the gym at the shopping mall and you can use their facilities for free while you stay there. One thing to improve are the elevators which are slow.

The room was perfect!. Two beds a big TV and a lot of space with a beautiful view of the city the bathroom was small but elegant on the corner of the room have a big table and his own office chair the room where in the 11th floor

All in the hotel was comfortable and the service was incredible.

Although we arrived early and our room wasn't ready yet, the lobby staff was helpful and took care of our baggage while we ran some errands. Rooms are very comfortable, people are nice, and the views (at least from our room) are great.

Great hotel and fantastic view the pool is also gorgeous. And there is bar across you can walk and go drink from several bars and restaurants a 5 minute walk away.

Room was so spacious and shower too. The bed and pillows comfty, I loved that we had an excellent view to the mountains (Cerro de la Silla) through a huge window. It's located in a nice neighborhood where you can find pharmacies, restaurants, bars, coffee, banks, currency exchange and even a laundry within walking distance.

Great place for a business traveler. All amenities are very good, brilliant food. Staff speaks English if youre worried. Nice little rooftop pool with lovely views

We had our son's christening party here. And it was a great time. The food was great, the service was good and the location was perfect. We are certainly going to come back here for other family events.

Well maintained and great location. There is a direct entrance to TEC de Monterrey near the hotel. The hotel is located inside Plaza Paseo Tec si there are restaurants, movie complex, bowling and other services within walking distance.

This is one of the nicest hotels in the city. The decor is modern but very comfortable and the room is very spacious, clean, and the staff is amazing!

Not been there already. But familiar with posadas group due to others fiesta inn's instances. I give this rate cause I'm crossing the street at a bar and I got Wi-Fi signal at hundred meters away. Props for that.
