Very professional. My brother was in a motorcycle accident. The most serious injury was a broken wrist which the doctor put in a splint. He did such a good job that the American doctor who looked at it later was not sure it would need surgery. The staff was also gentle and calm through the process. Thank you.

I had a surgery at this hospital and I had a great experience.

The facilities are very clean. The room I stated in was spotless. All the nurses and staff were friendly - I want to specially recognize Mar, Monserrat, and Elizabeth for their above and beyond efforts to help me be comfortable.

A few notes, they were out of some type of tape but were quick to use a different alternative until someone grab what one we needed. I also requested a few things, and they took 10-15 minutes to get to some of them. However, my review is still 5 stars because they excelled at what matters most- caring for me. Besides, I understand that there are other people In The hospital and they can’t get to me within the minute. Please be kind and patient during this still very challenging Covid time.

Great service. Showed up with a case of food poisoning and was seen immediately by Dr. Gregorio Mendoza who was very knowledgeable, helpful and professional. The nurse who gave me shots was also very patient and professional. Will definitely be back if I ever need medical services again. Stay away from Velmar, they suck!

My brother had a car accident and from the first day I contact got the best service from Lorena, she explained all the fees, the process and help with the transfer on ambulance from the other hospital where my brother had few days without a day for surgery. My brother got transfer late Sunday and got a surgery Monday by Dr. Quintero and Dr. Daniel they all have an amazing team. I was able to pay from the comfort of my house and able to rest while my brother was recovering.

Took my 15mo old today and saw a female Dr. She was awesome, I was not able to get down my baby's fever so I needed to see a good doctor ASAP. $600 pesos+ medicine

Servicio rápido y muy bueno, el personal es muy atento. Que bueno que tengan un estacionamiento exclusivo para no dejar el carro en la calle.

Excelente atención y profesionalismo por parte del Dr. Carlos Bernardo Fernández Diaz llegue al hospital San Fernando muy angustiada y asustada pues traía una infección en mi brazo además todo se complicaba aun más por diabetes e hipertension; ya había ido a otras clínicas donde no resolvían mi problema sino lo contrario cada día empeoraba más, un doctor llego a decirme que el riesgo era perder mi brazo; por lo que llegue ya muy mal al hospital San Fernando pero desde que llegue a este lugar volvía la esperanza a mi vida pues el Dr. Carlos Fernandez aparte de darme confianza a los pocos días hubo buenos resultados con el tratamiento que me receto y la curacion en la infección; fue un gran ser humano, realmente es un Dr. Que cuida de ti; la infección fue cediendo y cada día me sentía mejor y hoy estoy muy bien; agradezco tanto haber llegado en tan buenas manos sin duda alguna un excelente Doctor y gran ser humano; mil gracias
