Hotel Monterrey Macroplaza

The rooms are big, clean and has microwave, minifridge and a locker too. The front desk also arranged a taxi for us when we had an early morning appointment. But the room service was not always readily available, probably due to COVID-19. However, I was satisfied with the overall service.

The air conditioning works well, everything clean and in good condition. There's a fridge, microwave, TV, safe, coffee machine with coffee. I just chose a standard double room. A nice gentleman from the hotel also took my things to my room for me!

The location was perfect, everything was really close, and that makes The Uber service cheap, also the rooms are really cozy and comfortable and have a comfy couch where u can sit and watch tv, and a desk. The service is really great and employees are very polite. The breakfast is really good for the price. I just disliked the fact that my room's heater wasn't working correctly, but everything else was great.

It's a great hotel, it has a nice atmosphere, is very close to places that are near and outside the town, the service of the employees is excellent and the food from the restaurant of the hotel and from other restaurants nearby is delicious, the rooms are big and comfortable, has s a great view of the downtown of Monterrey, is a good hotel

The hotel is clean and nice, it has spaces where people can interact and also it has a lot of places outside so you can have dinner or shopping. Nice rooms and service.

the overall hotel has an excellent service, location is affected by the traffic of the city, is very large in size, the food has a very good presentation and quantity, the rooms are comfortable and spacious, the bathroom seemed old-looking, but overall everything is fine just be the only transit but.

It's a very good place to stay. It have a gym and a pool. A little fridge, microwave, iron, hair dryer, hot water and a coffee machine. It's very nice

Amazing location in the Heart of Monterey. Right accros the street from the Macro Plaza (Big Plaza) and walking distance from the Barrio Antiguo ( Historic Old Town ) and Paseo Santa Lucía ( Monterey's River walk).
Restaurants, Museums and Night spots galore with in walking distance. Street art and preformers weekends and some week nights at the plaza. Nezzeled among some if the nicest hotels ( Sheraton and Krystal) and priced quite reasonably, this might just become your default stay at place in Monterey. Free super fast internet (80+MB/Sec), clean linens/ towels, great water pressure and the Sierra Madre Brewing Company restaurant on site, round things nicely. Note that this hotel would probably rank about 3 stars back in the States, so it's not luxury. Its location, price , amenities and great customer service earn it a five star review 👍👍😁

The place is at downtown in Monterrey, service and attention are good, I only had a few drinks so I couldn't eat there but drinks were good to, it is a warm place to have fun and people are cool.

Very economic for a single night, rooms are very clean, you are provided with excellent service and bilingual speakers.

The manager Hector is great . The ladies that clean my room on the 7th do a great job keeping my room clean.
