Asador Las Diligencias

This was one of our best meals in Monterrey. We wanted to get some really good regional grilled meats and this did not disappoint in the least. The food is of the best quality and expertly seasoned to perfection. I can't recommend this enough. And try the incredible frijoles venemos. They are not to be missed.

Wow, can't remember a restaurant that gives so much attention to detail! Just like the name says- the diligent details (las Diligencias) Their meats are excellent, the fajitas smell and taste divine. The red salsa they serve is among the best I've had at a restaurant (I travel the US for work) and the service here is so attentive, they are heavily staffed. I keep coming back on every trip

I had the short ribs and they were excellent. The salsa was terrific, little things done well showed throughout the dinner. Service was attentive without being annoying.

We went there for a friend's reunion and we was so happy about this place, the food was excellent the restaurant was so clean,including the restroom, the service was a first class service and the price was ridiculous cheap.
We definitely recommend this place.

This is the beat restaurant for Mexican food!! They really have the very beat chefs anywhere. I am Mexican and by far this is the best food I’ve ever had!! Everything is phenomenal!! You must try everything you will not be sorry!! Esta es la mejor comida del mundo! Todo esta maravilloso y de verdad que no se ban arrepentir!! El servicio muy bueno y todo muy limpio!!

The meat/carne asada is great....one of the best places I've ever been too. You get lot's of meat for a great price. This is truly my favorite place so far, in Monterrey Mexico!!!

The breakfast here is amazing! Get there early because they serve it until 11:50 a.m. They also have a variery of other plates and cuisines to accomodate for everyone.

The Parrilladas are to die for!!! You get a selection of different types of meats with grilled potatoes and onions. The fresh juices are thirst quenching and the appetizers are amazing! This is a must stop.
