great place to stay, my favorite hotel every time I go down there strongly recommend.

Nice and almost brand new building, good size rooms although the light is too bright or "too white" for a bedroom, feels like office lights...
On terms of facilities the hotel has a good small cafeteria, convenient covered parking lot under the building, and a very nice roof area with a small piscine on it with a lovely view at night time.
Staff is very friendly and always available to provide help to guests.
Location is very good with plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance in a safe neighborhood, it is a very good choice to stay when you are in Monterrey.

Nice staff ! The room service woman was super sweet she made me feel comfortable and very welcomed after changing my soup a million times as well. Affordable prices and the rooms are nice. Will be coming back if I stay in this area again .

This is not the first time I have stayed here and won't be the last. It has a very convenient location, place looks very clean all the time and it doesn't have any smells on the hotel.

This hotel is great. Parking was so easy. Check in took a couple minutes. The price was less than advertised. The staff is nice. The bed is the most comfortable we’ve had in months. It’s quiet. The TV is big, new, and Netflix works. The shower is warm, great water pressure. Everything is brand-new clean. We asked for water, had it in less than a minute. The room is better than the photos for sure.

Last night at one of the fiesta Americana’s here in the city we had the opposite of ALL of that! Thank you Radisson for a perfect place to stay at a great price !

At first I was unsure of how great the hotel was due to some human error but the hotel was kind enough to help us out with our rooms. The rooms are wonderful with big cozy beds, a safe, a waterfall shower, a fridge, coffee machine & tea, TV and provided (2) water bottles a day. The room service was excellent with a great selection of food. The noodle soup was wonderful! My favorite part of this hotel was the heated pool and hot tub on the roof. Wonderful views from there!

Excellent service! Hotel was what i expected clean and neat. Staff was nice, Specially Jose, the hotel driver very respectful gentleman. He picked us up and dropped us off on time every time we needed a ride around the city. Great service Jose.

Amazing Hotel! Roof top is clean, large and has a beautiful view of the city! Comfortable chairs, lounging area and a large swimming pool. You can order food and drinks From their customer service phone that they have located up there and you can have them deliver your food to the pool to the chairs to wherever you’re sitting..
The Hotel is completely renovated and rooms are fully stocked and clean. Amazing large showers! Housekeeping ladies are super nice and hard working 100% Room service is also amazing and they cater to your needs. We normally leave tips at the end of our stay,but this time we felt they deserved a tip everyday for how wonderful they treated us.
The food is delicious. There’s also security 24hours a day and your room key is needed to access each floor, elevator, rooftop, bar, lobby etc...
outside the hotel there’s also a pastry boutique,a salon and spa, there’s a grocery store,Mall,gas station and so many wonderful and beautiful restaurants all family oriented and all within walking distance. They also have shuttle services,if you ask the front desk they let you know where they can drive you too, which is amazing when you’re not from there. We also noticed that there’s a lot of Uber eats and another company which is very similar to it called rappi ... and they deliver in motorcycles so their service is pretty fast! You literally see them driving around all over the city. The next time we visit Monterrey we will be staying here for sure! Thank you Radisson Crew for the wonderful experience :)

Good size room, great bed and shower pressure. Staff is friendly and very professional. Great rooftop view.

Clean, quiet room with simple modern furnishing. Friendly front desk. Hotel has useful amenities like printer in the lobby area, and free shuttle bus within 10km radius.

For shuttle bus service, do confirm with the front desk in advance for the pickup time.

Hotel food wise, the buffalo chicken wings are pretty good.

If you are visiting Monterrey for your visa appointment, this is a convenient location to stay at, as it is 10-15 minutes drive from ASC and the US Consulate. You can also make use of the free shuttle bus service (though do note that they start operations at around 10am).

We have stayed twice here 'cause it has everyhring... good service, best quality, beds are super comfortable... we loved it.

Good service for the price.

Stayed there 5 nights. There is a big shopping center near by. They provided us free rides to CAS and US consulate. The view from the rooftop is breath taking.

Great place to stay. Super friendly and helpful staff. I highly recommend it. Also, it's a very safe area with some great restaurants and stores within easy walking distance.

Great location, great hotel the view from the pool is amazing, the water in the pool is warm and very relaxing. There is a shopping center near as well as a movie theater. The amenities are great as well as the breakfast.

Overall very decently kept

People were friendly and rooftop pool and mountain views were amazing. My king size room was pretty small, but not bad.

The staff is extremely helpful, rooms are clean, will definitely return to this hotel.
