Hotel Krystal Monterrey

I love the vibes in this hotel, make me feel like in home , thanks to andres Estrada and all his crew to make my stay very enjoyable,

Hotel Krystal is perfectly located, and has a tremendous staff ready to support and tend to the needs of its guests. Lessly at the front desk is incredibly attentive, and speaks amazing English as well. Look no further than Hotel Krystal to make your visit to Monterrey even more special!

Location was perfect. It had a street with only foot traffic, no cars, with stores. In front there was an open square with benches and a fountain. There was a museum that was small, but very cool. There are tons of restaurants and coffee shops within a minute or two walk.
Also, a plaza across the street that had a lot of people walking and a few vendors. It’s right by a beautiful cathedral.
The hotel was nice. Our room had an issue with the AC, but our kids room was fine. One of the elevators was INOP, but that wasn’t an issue. Overall, I would definitely stay there again.

I highly recommend this place i stayed in room 714 has a great view everything works perfect asked for extra towels and were brougt immediately location is perfect and the staff were very respectful cant wait to visit again and hope i get the same treatment as the first time.

I read the reviews after I booked the hotel and I thought I made a mistake, but I'm pleased to say that I really enjoyed my stayed there.
I was born and raised in Monterrey, but life took me away from my city and country, so on my first visit to my Dad after covid, I decided I wanted to take my Dad away from his house, so I decided to book a hotel near where he has so lovely memories of his life, so I booked a few nights in Krystal hotel. The room was perfect for us: spacious, clean and light, with a beautiful view to the Plaza Hidalgo and Plaza Zaragoza.
Yes, the hotel needs some update, specially the lifts, but for the price I paid I will highly recommend to friends and family that are not fussy.

Conveniently located nice hotel with good amenities. The room was very nice with an above average view. The room was slightly unclean, though, and the light switches were very confusing. Our 2-bedroom suite had full sized beds and a sleeper sofa. The lobby, restaurant, and bar were very nice.

Really nice hotel. Beautiful lobby, helpful and friendly staff. My room was very large (49 m2) and felt like a little appartement. The high ceiling and marble made it a great experience. Room service was fast and not overpriced. The restaurant is good and the launch buffet is diverse.
The gym is nice bigger than most and the pool area have a steam room

Of course I would stay here again, the thing is that there was a little problem when I did the check in at 4:00pm the room that I reserved wasn't ready yet. The personnel wanted to help but they wanted me to wait one hour and I hadn't eaten, so they solved the problem, other than that the hotel is nice and the location is really convenient

First off, my cell phone was taken by my Didi driver and he purposefully turned it off. All this happened as I’m arriving to this hotel and was greeted by Ivan (front desk) staff. Quickly Ivan lent me his personal cell to do all reporting to catch the driver who ran off with my phone. 1 hour later and using his personal phone, the phone was apprehended. The hotel and all close tourist areas are 100% safe, this was just 1 bad apple. I can’t thank Ivan enough, he and the staff were very assuring and he gave me numbers to call and feel safe. I will come back and stay many more times, beautiful bathrooms, showers, rooms are amazing. This hotel should be 5 stars! I will stay here again, Ivan…gracias por todo! Me ayudaste muchísimo! Y se agradece!

Excellent! But apparently, you can bring in alcoholic beverages to your room. Anyone else find that weird?

It was a great stay! The hotel is in a great location near shopping and restaurants. If you like walking and exploring there's lots to see nearby. If you prefer sitting in a pretty shaded plaza watching the pigeons and people as the walk by you can do that too. Hotel staff is friendly and very helpful. Enjoy your stay.

We had a beautiful view of the Cerro de la Silla. The hotel is quiet and nice. It shows a little bit of its age. Service was excellent.

We had a great experience the rooms were very clean the food in the hotel restaurant was delicious the breakfast buffet that was included in the package was delicious. the staff were very helpful and generous. my mother loved the view of the Inside of hotel I loved the view of the mountain. mi hermoso Monterrey. the gentleman mario in the restaurant gave us a great service very respectful.

The rooms were super quiet and comfortable. Even the room a.c. was not very loud. Parking is only valet, but not extensive. A lot of walkable area to explore around the hotel with excellent variety of restaurants. Highly recommend.

Stayed here on the night of my wedding and it was ideal. Perfectly situated and not even expensive. Friendly staff, easy to navigate and everything else you'd expect from a top hotel. The room was great and quite large and the bed was very comfortable. I'd recommend it to others if they want a very nice hotel at a really decent price bang in the centre of the city

Fantastic view of the city! Location, location, location! ... everything is close: museums, macroplaza and great restaurants. We try room service and the food was excellent. Their included breakfast buffet from 7 am to 12 pm is first class. We will be back in our next trip to Monterrey and recomend it to friends and family 🤓
