We loved staying in this hotel. Room is very clean and the location is centrally located to all tourist attractions and shopping. There is a movie theater and a bowling alley next door.
Customer service is exceptional and the night bellman is phenomenal. Very courteous and assist you with your luggage and anything else you might need in the room. Thank you Aranzazu.

I had a great time at the Hotel Aranzazu. I stayed there on business 5/17-5/19/2014. The staff was terrific very friendly and helpful! They couldn't help me enough, from getting me a cab, to recommending places to eat close by. I did eat in the restaurant and it wasn't too bad. Had some good chicken fajitas.

The room was very clean!

Would definitely stay there again!
