Carnitas Michoacan

This is by far one of rosaritos best carnitas restaurant and it's very colorful there are a lot of tables for people to sit in and it's great for going there with your family even if it's a large one. There are specialty is obviously pork but you can get a lot of Mexican dishes like sopes enchiladas chile relleno, and flautas. The flautas are really good I really liked that their meat is well seasoned and that it was completely cooked. You cannot pay here by card so bring cash. The restrooms were also something that I liked they were very clean and the service was great. He can also get coffee as well as cold drinks like agua de. Jamaica.

My friend brought me here for their famous carnitas. The restaurant is very clean and orderly. The waitstaff are curtious and professional. Seating us right away and taking our drink orders right away while we made our breakfast choice. Chilaqules with eggs and carnitas.
The plate is visually appealing and very tasted very good. The carnitas was fresh, flavorful and not dried out. PERFECT.

Both of us enjoyed our breakfast very much. Mine was with green sauce and the other was with red...
I certainly will be back again to enjoy the food and excellent service.

This was a fabulous ending to our Baja trip. My tacos were delicious. But in all honesty, the refried beans were the winner. So good.

I've been coming here since the mid 90s and it's always great. The service is friendly, the food is as good as you can get, and the margaritas are excellent. Authentic recipes and fair prices too. It's only 20 minutes from the border. If you love carnitas you have to come down.

This reataurant has winderful, delicious carnitas! Buy individual or order for a group. Se4vice is pleasant in both Spanish and English. We eat there every time we get to Rosarito.

I wasn't in the least bit hungry when we walked in here but still polished off a pound of pork - it's that good.

This place ain't Michocan, however the swine they serve come from there though!... I've always heard of this 'Carnitas de Michocan'.. and never really thought of it till I came here.

Everything made from scratch, no additives and preservatives. Bean n rice don't even taste the same. I know there r spots out in LA that have similar principles, made from scratch... but that authentic Rosarito taste, makes you wanna come back! Back in LA and been thinking about their carnitas since....

When it comes to the carnitas.. these guys are specialists yo... Like I've had carnitas de Michocan' plenty of times from LA, however something with the taste from these guys.

Coincidentally, this place is known amongst some Los Angelinos.. cuz 1/2 the ppl we saw inside this fabulous restaurant were from part of socal... Even biker's too.. they know what's up too!

I ordered pancakes (nice n fluffy) and Chilaquiles con huevos y carnitas. Best Chilaquiles I've had yet!

The place is cute and neat. Parking can be an issue but if you park far you can check out the little shops around it and then walk off the food you will eat here.

The prices are great and the portions are big! My daughter and I had the carnitas tacos. We ended up not finishing it and had to take it to go.

The ambiance is great and so is the customer service. 2 guys came to play music during our visit, I thought it was neat

Great place for carnitas. Enjoy with breakfast or lunch. Ask for the moist carnitas. They're the best. Overall the whole menu is fantastic and the cost for all is very reasonable. Located on a corner on the main street entering into Rosarito. It's a no brainer for great food. Enjoy and PEACE ✌

Best Carnitas I’ve had in Baja… been going there since 2015 and will continue to go. My kids love this place. Only place I eat carnitas at.

Great carnitas. Very generous portion. The refried beans are so good. The prices are inexpensive and the service is good. We go once a month and will continue our monthly visit.

I ate here on 11/22/2020, with my Fiancé, her children, my future sister in-law and and her son. We decided to give it a try for breakfast. The restaurant has a traditional Mexican vibe to it. It is very colorful and feels very inviting. The staff was very friendly. The service was excellent. We didn't have to wait long for the food after we ordered. The food was delicious! I had the Carnitas Tacos. They are a little bigger than I expected. My Fiancé's son had the Quesadilla, it was HUGE!. The portions of food are very generous and the price is very reasonable. My tacos were loaded with meat. The menu is in Spanish and English. It does translate correctly. I do not know if you can order in English or not, I ordered in Spanish. The restaurant is reasonably clean and so is the bathroom. I would highly recommend and we will be going back!

Food was good and torts were fresh & hot. Waitress didn't speak English but she said some of the others do, so if you're a tourist, you should be alright. Eggs were out of this world, honestly.

Every time I go, I have a good time and love their food!!!
