Great hotel in Teocuititlan! Its the best one there. The service top notch, the breakfast is delicious. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff is five star better than any high end resort!!

Pésimo servicio, no hay agua caliente, las toallas estaban mal lavadas y todas tiesas, el servicio de café en l entrada no contaba con café y ni siquiera había shampoo en el baño, además de caro muy mal servicio

Horrible servicio en este hotel, tienes que estar solicitando todo por que no hay jabón en el baño, toallas sucias y feas y para colmo no hay agua caliente, se esperaría mucho más de él por la fachada y costos, nada recomendado
