Hotel Novotel Monterrey Valle

Location is in the best area in Monterrey, rooms are very spacious and they have a lot of options to choose from for breakfast.

Excellent staff, nice room space, the mattress was too hard for me (I like comfy beds, this wasn’t so comfortable) good room service and the dishes for breakfast were delicious

Loving my stay ,very polite and welcoming staff. I am from Houston and bought meat from San Juan which is the best meat and I recommend. The hotel put it up in their refrigerator for me. They gave me a ticket number and will pick up when iam leaving. Loving my stay. Room service, bar downstairs you don't have to leave the hotel if you don't want to.

You can make any kind of event here for a very good price. Novotel has good service and food. I have no complaints. I fact, my family has done quite a lot of events in this place, from family breakfast to XV events. This place is perfect for business reunions as well. There's also a pool and playground area which kids love. It's an adequate place for pretty much anything.

Nice hotel! Safe, clean and very beautiful. The view to the mountains is awesome, and usually the breakfast is included!!! It is also at a walking distance to the commercial center, which allows you to have dinner in a open air area. A gym is also available, and it is a great place to work during the day. Internet access is free and stable. It is worth a visit in Monterrey.

The rooms are small but for the price it's ok, the restaurant have enough places indoor and outdoor, the food it's ok but not expected something gourmet, the breakfast have buffet option and some grill dishes (obviously farm eggs, jejej) I think the better it's the bar. The bartender (woman's) are lovely and very funny, good music and nice atmosphere.

There are two things that I have to say about it. Accommodation is standard, no problem with the infrastructure. But, the staff is lacking professionalism. They are slow to attend on the restaurant and specially in the breakfast. Sometimes you can't get a coffee before you run out of time. That's why Im still giving it 4 out 5.

It's a good located place on San Pedro close to malls, the pool is great for this hight weather. The rooms are always clean, there are very comfortable beds. The food at the restaurant is good

The hotel is in a great locstion, just of a main avenue. It is in a very safe area of Monterrey, surrounded by beautiful mountains. There are plenty of restaurants and grocery stores around. The service is always very helpful and the prices are reasonable (not the cheapest, but fair for this area of town). Sometimes the valet parking is not the quickest to get your car back.

Very close of the most modern shopping malls in Monterrey, near of movie theaters and very accessible location to go to the airport

It was quute above my expectations... nice modern placr. Nice food for breakfast, nice bar/lobby place and fast internet. As it ia located in San Pedro you hace everything just 5 to 10 minjtes away

Place is really nice and neat. The pool is quite big and pleasent. The morning buffet is good and abundant, lots of options to choose from.

We got there for a quick meeting and while we didn't stay long, everyone there was very helpful. Plus, I noticed that the lobby was recently remodeled. That was a nice surprise.

A really nice and quiet place to have a dinner. It has a varied menu, including for vegetarians, also many beverages, alcoholic and non-alcoholic.

Awesome place with all the amenities you need. I only was confused about you need to give a force tip for room service when the waitress pick up your food

Good price for a nice and pleasant stay. Clean accommodation and really nice staff. If I have the chance to come back to Monterrey I would probably go back to Novotel.
