Hotel Kavia Monterrey

Wonderful place and very friendly and helpful staff! We had Oscar on the front desk who was very helpful and friendly even at the latest hours of the night he was there to help us! Also there is a bakery/restaurant as part of the hotel it had great food and coffee and a beautiful views all around! I highly recommend this place.

The room is neat and clean. Walkable to access entire downtown and Recommended place for vacation. I wouldn't opt for work, because it has Wi-Fi issues.

A very modern hotel in the centre of MTY, just 30min from the airport by Uber.
The views from our room were stunning.

Pros: centrally located within walking distance of major city attractions; 2 queen bed rooms have a great view; friendly staff; decent size room and bathroom. Cons: walls are paper-thin so everything can be heard from nearby rooms; hotel does not have a good entrance from the street and you will have to walk through the parking lot entrance to get to the lobby located on the 4th floor-it is outright dangerous.

Great location, u have the macroplaza crossing the street which then has the Santa lucia Riverwalk, which then leads you to Parque Fundidora. If you are using the citys transpotation systems, taxis are always passing through and you have the metro station a few minutes walking distance. The rooms are very spacious clean, good ac, cleaning lady stopped by everyday to clean change the towels. The hotel has a terrace which has beautiful view of the mountains. The shower was so nice after a long day out. And there's a 7-11 convenience store right in the corner which seemed to be open 24/7 or really late at night.

I mistakenly booked this hotel as it had the same name in a different city - I requested a refund - usually hotels will not respond but Kavia fixed the mistake and cancelled the pending charge- thank you

Great experience but the intrance is through the parking garage it might be a bit confusing you take the elevator the parking Garage to the main lobby

this is my new all time favorite hotel in the whole area of monterrey, nuevo león! trust me i’ve stayed at every single hotel in monterrey & i’ve seen it all & this was by far my most comfortable stay even better than live aqua!

This was a grate place clean confortable beds pillow and linings excellent price and nice staff the entrance somewhere difficult to find but you loved it afterwards that amazing experience

El hotel me gustó mucho. El servicio fue amable, la habitación estaba muy limpia y moderna. La vista sensacional. Su ubicación es totalmente céntrica. Además del Paseo Santa Lucía, la Macro Plaza y los Museos, tiene restaurantes variados cerca, así como cafés y bares con música en vivo. Es una ubicación privilegiada , sin dudas. Mi estancia fue placentera, estuve cinco días.
