Live Aqua Monterrey

By far one of the best hotels San Pedro Garza Garcia, the rooms are gorgeous with a beautiful view, the building is sharing spaces with another hotel, so half the hotel is fiesta Americana and the other half on top is live aqua, so reception is on the 18th floor , so do not get confused like I did, but anyway, the location is perfect so much to do around, fashion drive mall is literally in the corner and also right in from of the hotel the is another place with a big variety of places to go eat and by the way very nice places , it’s around 25 minutes away from the tigres stadium if you are into soccer like me , so it’s very convenient , I’m definitely staying here whenever I’m visiting

Food is fresh and delicious, great service Erick was always on the top of my expectations, great experience also the view was amazing 🤩

Beautiful space, very comfortable spacious rooms. Each floor has complimentary Nespresso in the mornings and mezcal in the evenings.

Exceptional place to stay at. The people that run this facility is what makes it a great experience. The people were friendly and the service was very attentive. The hotel restaurant "Azul" was the cherry on top. Had a opportunity to meet the Chef at the restaurant and try some of the meals prepared by the staff. I will definitely visit this place again and any Live Aqua around the Country while i travel. Highly recommended.

Excellent service. Staff was very knowledgeable, attentive, and friendly. Great view. Amazing bathroom. Everything was clean, comfortable, and they made everything super convenient. Gym was clean. Breakfast buffet is convenient but expected a better selection for the price. Beautiful hotel and amazing experience all over.

Excellent hotel, super fancy, perfect view of the mountains and city, I slept so comfortably. My favorite part was the shower/bathtub! My husbands boots were shined & polished. The micheladas from the bar were good. Every dollar spent here is so worth it.

Very well planned environment. Staff was great. Punctual and handled all issues professionally.

Layout is very cool. Free tequila ok every floor. Tupac quote in the main pillar.

Very nice 4.5 start hotel. Everything from evening Turn down service to aroma therapy in the rooms. Really love the bathing room. Tub and show enclosed separately. Nice restaurant and top service from the staff.

Upscale hotel in a tower where Floors 1 to 17 is Fiesta Americana Grand and 18 floor+ is Aqua Urban Resort. Very luxurious rooms and cafeteria. Rooms are simply exquisite and confortable. Very nice stay after a bad experience in another hotel (reservations were not done correctly and had no room for us, so went to Aqua).

Amazing service, everyone has gone out of their way and is super friendly. They cater to non Spanish speakers which is extremely helpful. The view are superb.

Fabulous restaurant Zio on 18th floor, very clean, tasty food, service very attentive. Went for Sunday brunch, definitely worth of money. Desserts are amazing.

My son had his wedding and reception here. The food and service were excellent. This view from the 18th floor was spectacular.

Oddly situated outside town, though I can't say what the town has to offer. The rooms are superb, as are the room service, bar and restaurant. Tasteful design, comfort and excellent staff.

Best hotel in Monterrey. Great variety of amenities and fantastic view of the Sierra Madre.
Also, you are in front of one of the best malls in the city.

It does seems quite new, went there for a SAP conference. Parking lot and elevators are confusing.

Very nice stay, people were very nice. They had many english speaking employees. Breakfast buffet on level 4 was fantastic.

Fantastic hotel, great views of san pedro and all over great service. The rooms were very modern and the complementary services all over the hotel were delightful.
