An interesting and tasteful presentation of Mexico’s history. Including a full size locomotive, virtual story tellers and a logical time line of artifacts. Very well done!

Lovely museum! It was amazing to learn deeper into my roots and see how Mexico came to be how it is todays. I would go again. Only 40 pesos to get in and it includes the museum next door. We did the boat ride ride after the museum it was perfect

Beautifull museum for Mexican history, does a great job of representing Mexican artists as well as documenting México's history leading up to the spanish conquest.

I went on a Tuesday afternoon, as it is free on Tuesdays. The museum was great, the permanent exhibits walk you through Mexico in chronological order. There are pottery, paintings, models(maquetas), textiles, and interactive exhibits. You can go in the train and watch a video.

A truly impressive modern museum about Mexican history. We went there on Sunday and happened to be free of admission, inexpensive $20 pesos on regular days.

Very affordable and cute museum for first timers. It consists of two large buildings close to the downtown area and was around 20 pesos per person (we had a student ID) they had a few interactive exhibits that were fun and multiple floors to explore. I would only go here only once as a tourist however. It's more of a typical and clean cut museum and I would prefer one that shows more of the colorful culture that Mexico has. I enjoyed the location and there were shops outside of the museum.

Must-visit for connoisseurs of art, history and culture!
I spent around 3 hours at the museum and there were still many nuances that I missed!

Entry for adults is 40pesos, and there is discounted rate for students. The ticket grants access to all three museums in the complex: Mexican history museum, museum of northeast(mexico) and the palace museum. Tuesdays and Sundays are free entry days!

Very well-curated museum with interactive components, diorama, etc. My only barrier in some exhibits was the lack of bilingual (English and Spanish) information placards.

The exhibit with ivory work is exquisite, and the entire top floor of the museum transports the viewer to various parts of Mexico.

Superb museum - actually, three museums in one - with detailed, visually stunning dioramas. I only had a couple of hours to spare, but 5-6 hours would be ideal for taking it all in.
