Nice hotel in the downtown with connecting bridge with biggest mall of the town. Breakfast was really good and room was spacious.

Great hotel, linked to the mall. Don't even have to leave the premises to get food, shop around and check things out. The hotel's restaurant has an amazing breakfast buffet, everyday you can get something different and not get tired of the food. Food is delicious. Service is TOP NOTCH. EXCELLENT experience

Friendly staff, clean rooms, good amenities, great restaurant and bar. This is a great location near several Starbucks, great restaurants, shopping centers, etc. The window view is breath taking as you can see the surrounding mountains.

I highly recommend to stay at this place next time you visit San Pedro Garza García.

Hotel is connected to a very nice shopping mall, very close to nice restaurants. The room was very comfortable and clean. All was good during my stay.

Nice room with a king bed a nice desk to work at and one of the best showers I have had. I felt a little pampered in this room. Nicest room I have stayed in for quite some time. Across the street there are some nice restaurants. In short a pleasant stay.

The hotel gave the Jamaica Women Football Federation a superb service during the Concacaf W Championship. Since the arriving to the hotel you feel welcomed to stay. The frontdesk staff people, Camila, Rosario, Karina, Alex, and Jorge, always helpful with whatever was needed. The bell boys and security staff with the best intentions and always thoughtful. The level of organization and attention gave by the group coordinator Veronica and the maitre Primitivo was sublime. The hotel has amenities such as a outdoor pool, steam room, spa, and gym. The hotel is located in one of the best places in San Pedro Garza Garcia, near to malls, restaurants, and bars. Adding that it has an entrance directly connected to the Fashion Drive Mall.

Stayed for 2 nights while in town for business. Great hotel located in a nice area. Mall right next door for food and shopping. Clean rooms and good views. Will definitely stay here again.

Great setting in downtown Monterrey

Very nice place with a great restaurant and buffet on the mezanine level. Plus, they have great event rooms with a staff that is really great. Rooms are modern and clean and there is great WiFi service throughout.

Great hotel in heart of San Pedro with tons of food and shopping opportunities in walking distance

In general a really nice experience, only the parking they don't have a machine to stamp your ticket, I did a long line to can step out of the parking area

Second time here and the staff are amazing and take very good care of you as a guest. the rooms are big and comfortable.

I went to an event just the other day. The hotel's got plenty of underground parking spots. It's located at Plaza San Agustin with lots of stores at either side.
