Room is nice. pool is not very good.
Breakfast is not bad. Wifi conection is low.

Good value for money. Great service and hospility. Though compound is not so big, it is continent for family with children and for those who do not want to walk far. Breakfast has variety of cuisine to choose range from dim sum, tradition food to Indian food. However, one cannot exepect much at European counter. Afterall, it is the one of the hotels I will come again.

Nice place, for Myanmar standards adequate with 5 stars. However housekeeping could be better, don't really clean the room, only sweep, make bed and fresh towels. Only provide you with one toilet roll per day, no spare. These little touches could be improved. Otherwise the rooms and resort are clean and safe and staff are friendly and quick to attend.
Never went into the pool, it's very dull and right in front of the restaurant. The sea is comfortable warm, sandy beach and shallow water so you can enjoy also with kids.

Went there for only 2 days but from the moment I put my foot down in the hotel area to leaving the place, There wasn't any complaint I could think off. The staff have great hospitality and smiles. The rooms are superb and the FOOD OMG. Breakfast was so amazing, I couldn't even finish everything. Dinner is super good. All the staff were just really friendly and helpful. Oh and the price? You would be paying twice or at least more at other hotels. If you're browsing reviews and thinking to stay here or not, you SHOULD.

This Hotel is amazing. I was looking for family rooms in a short time before travel. This hotel is the only is the best option and 4 person rooms available also better than other hotels. All rooms are clean and wide too. There are morning breakfast and Tea break hours available for free, which is equal as a lunch. All the staff members are nice and helpful. The only this I dislike about is WiFi, which is super slow and not connected correctly.

The hotel located just entrance of Chaung Tha Beach and It's far from Chaung Tha village which is good for staying privately. Rooms are quite big and clean. They provide breakfast as well as tea break (Tea, coffee, green tea, milk, noddle salad, moke hnin khar and vegetables fried) that we don't have to worries for dinner. That's why I do recommend this Hotel.

Nice room but can be a bit noisy on the backside. Staffs are friendly. They even serve the snacks/tea at noon. The hotel beach area is clean and less crowded than the other side of the beach. Highly recommended.

Very close to beach, clean and comfy rooms, tasty and halal foods. If you want view like in this photo then book rooms 100 to 114 or rooms from second floor. No electricity during day time 6 AM to 13 PM, 4 PM to 6 PM.

Best resort in chaung tha. Service is excellent. Hotels rooms are clean, fragrant, and impressive with wooden furnitures. They took their service to the next level by providing sufficient bathrooms accessories, for example, they provide large containers body wash and shampoos which I have never seen in other hotels in chaung tha.
Staffs are very warm, nice and welcoming. I mean really really good with customer focused service.
Buffet breakfast has lots of menu to choose esp burmese cuisine. I highly recommend this place

Customer service is so good.
All the stuffs are warmly welcome with smile in their face. Breakfast buffet is also delicious.(it will be better if sausage available😋). ဝန္ထမ္းေတြအားလံုးမ်က္ႏွာမွာ အျပံဳးမ်က္ႏွာေလးေတြနဲ႔ မို႔လို႔ အရမ္းခ်စ္ဖို႔ေကာင္းပါတယ္။😉

The swimming pool seems a bit small to me though but I would definitely visit again.

The room are nice and clean. And service is good. But the hotel should have more option for food.

Even though it was in week day trip quite crowded with travellers. Hence, kitchen service and room service are quite delay.
