All are excellent except so many mosquitos in the room
Told the room service to spray but when we back to hotel, they didn't die and I killed 9. Then I dizzy 😵

Belle you are Amazing.. During stay there for 2 night , we were seeing very friendly staff, security, waiters, roomservice . The food, complementary buffet breakfast and tea time was absolutely delicious and perfect. I encourage visitor to go and you will definitely be completely satisfied., 5 out of 5.

This was my second time stayed this hotel #306. Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the staffs are incredibly helpful, professional and generous. Especially house keeping, f&b staffs are deeply understand what is hospitality service. Ms.Wendy, the receptionist is always sweet & smile, and know well how welcome the guests. Will come again soon.

Stayed at second sea view room for 2 nights. Their garden is so beautiful. The room is wide with all facilities. Staffs are so kind, very attentive, sincerely serve 24 hrs. I am amazed to see their generosity with varieties of buffet breakfast and complimentary tea session. Pool is wide with a good view and chill music but I guess it is deep for some people. They also have affordable massage service and KTV room. Only one suggestion I have is they should improve their wifi as it is so weak and also difficult to connect devices with high security. (not secured wifi)The price is reasonable and their services are far beyond than they charge. I will definitely stay there again.

One of the Best in Chaung Thar. Clean and spacious room. Staffs are friendly and attentive. Pool is nice and environment is great. Breakfast is delicious and varieties to choose. Restaurant serve delicious foods at reasonable price. Get chance to buy 2 kg mud crab and it’s so delicious. Suggest to go to the market or wholesalers to buy fresh and live lobster, prawn, mud , clam , variety of fish and request hotel to cook as you want with service charge.
