Chin antiques exhibition and museum

Good lively presentation and explanation by the owner of the Mindat culture and traditions. U'll learn about what they used back in the days (all from 2000-100 years ago) and are still used today amongst some groups, that includes: weapons, clothing, armory, jewelry, shamanic tools and food preparation utilities. U'll also see ancient fossils like mammot and elephant tooth as well as a few objects that not even anthropologists knew what type of animal it was. The mister is going to expand the building (as it is at a separate building outside his home tight now) and introduce more objects to the museum which he right now doesn't have space for. I paid 3000 kyats in entrance fee. He's funny, enjoy the time!

Impressive private collection of local treasures. Definitely worth it to pass by before visiting surrounding villages.
