In terms of everything from variety to ambience quality of food and drinks Melody Cafe is the most comfortable and delicious restaurant in Myitkhina and a travellers delight with an extensive menu ranging from pizza to Indian foods Thai foods Western foods, apart from the curries the aloo tikki is heavenly. Freshly squeezed fruit juices, vegetarian pizza is way way better than any pizza hut garbage, the atmosphere is fabulous with a choice of indoor and outdoor communal or private dining rooms. Although alcohol is not served guests are welcome to bring their own and often in the late evening there is impromptu live music as there is a guitar that guests can use to belt out ballads. Perfect for both lunch and dinner.

Just had a dinner at Melody Cafe. Butter chicken and chicken tandoori was fantastic. We had tasted some thai food and tomyan chicken was great. We will definitely go back there again.

Great food, good service: owner speaks fluent English and cooks good Indian, Thai food as well as American favourites such as Pizza Hamburgers et al; free delivery service to hotel.

We loved our meal everyone was happy they have not only Indian food but also Thai, western, pizzas u name it and I liked their coconut shakes we went back two nights in a row!
