Jazzy Beach

One week and a half ago I was around there with some friends when one of them was stung by a jellyfish. We were really worried and we had no clue about what to do, so the owners of Jazzy Beach helped us in the kindest way possible, medicating my friend, calling a tuk tuk to go back and welcoming us with the kindest manners. Moreover, the pool outside the bar is amazing, especially at the sunset, same thing for the drinks. Hoping to be back soon, that is a great place to stay, near to the little towns in the areas and to the services.

Nice pool, amazing location right on the beach, nice rooms with optional AC for 50-60euros, very tasty food for a reasonable price. Overall a solid place to stay!

Highly recommend! If we come back to Nosy Be we’ll stay here! Great beach and cool sea breeze right in front of the rooms. Really, the BEST FOOD (it’s amazing) and SERVICE we experienced in our 12 days in Nosy Be.

We really wanted to stay here but couldn’t make it work with our travel schedule and their availability unfortunately. However we went out of our way to come back for lunch, dinner and to enjoy the beach by tuk-tuk during our time in Nosy Be.

We did see the rooms and they were nice and clean with secure windows, aircon and strong Wi-Fi connection.

Great value for both families and couples. You can’t go wrong.

Hotel kameralny znajdujący się nad samym oceanem, przy pięknej pustej plaży. Pokoje duże, z dużą łazienką. Bardzo czyste! Właściciele hotelu bardzo mili, obsługa również! Smaczne jedzenie w dobrych cenach! Jak najbardziej polecam!

A la recherche d'un lieu proposant le confort d'un hôtel, pas trop loin de la ville et des excursions proposant un restaurant, des événements musicaux, le tout avec une bonne ambiance ? Vous pensez trop en demander ? Et bien non, Jazzy Beach propose tout ca, et avec le bord de mer en extra 😍

Wer auf wifi angewiesen ist, sollte dieses kleine Hotel meiden. Das Hotel ist zwar direkt am Wasser, mehr aber auch nicht. Die Zufahrt ist katastrophal. Hilfe bei wifi fehl am Plätze. Zimmer sind sauber. Essen vorsichtig sein. Möglichst kein Fleisch essen (Durchfall). Der Hotelbesitzer muss einiges ändern, ist aber resistent auf Verbesserungsvorschläge

We had a rather negative experience with this hotel.
To start on the positive side of things: the hotel is superbly located on the beach with nice sunset views, the rooms are clean and spacious. They also come with AC. Next to the hotel is a newly opened restaurant which serves a small array of dishes. Its chef is very friendly and helpful.
However, the hotel’s staff itself was more absent than there. There was no manned reception through most of the day. Every time we asked for something (our room key, the WIFI code, the bill...) it was always a great struggle to find the right person, with nobody really in charge. These things were still bearable for us. What really set our experience apart was that the hotel’s owner (who is apparently not there a lot) overheard our struggle to find our room keys by chance and proceeded to shout at his own employees in a wild, unprofessional and for us inadequate manner. This escalated things. We were even put in a situation, where the owner asked us if his employees do a bad job and then threatening to fire them in front of us. This was a very uncomfortable situation and we decided to leave the hotel prematurely. We cannot recommend this hotel under the current management.
