Disappointed with my recent shopping experience. I ordered size 40 shoes on Saturday, but received a size 39 instead. Getting in touch with the store staff members was difficult. Finally, after persistent effort, they promised to send the correct size on Monday, which never arrived.

Frustrated, I reached out again Monday evening. This time, they claimed the size 40 was unavailable and, after negotiation, offered a refund. the processed refund on Wednesday was 30 MAD less than the original purchase price (400 MAD -> 370 MAD).
