L'Air De La Mer

Great place in a fabulous location. The owner made an extraordinary effort to deliver us a perfect time - friendly, reliable and heartfelt. After a booking error we got an invitation as a compensation for two nights for our whole group of 12 people for free - this was truly exceptional. Fantastic view from the rooftop and the swimming pool with the sunset over the ocean, while on top of an hill. Great Breakfast and dinner, all kids were made happy with the food! We have definitely to come back. Thank you Christine and Simba for the great time (January 2024)

This place is absolutely beautiful hidden gem. Samba who took care of us is super nice and friendly and cooked us delicious dinner, the pool was clean and great. The location is in the middle of the nowhere and you will hear only waves and nature. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to relax far from cities and noises with limited internet. I enjoyed it so much and also the company of animals like Dex and Oscar and cats, peacocks. I will miss them all and sure I will be back! Thank you so much!

We had the best stay in this magical place! The vibe is very chilled and makes you relax immediately. The people are super friendly, flexible and make you feel at home. The place has a very big pool with ocean view (beautiful sunrise and sunset views) and is just a 12 min walk to a wide private beach. The rooms are beautifully designed and spacious. Breakfast and dinner was incredible, so delicious and made with love. We can’t think of anything that could be improved. Thanks so much Christina, Samba, Nico and Joseph for the best three days in a long time, we are coming back for sure!!

Very good place to enjoy nature, panoramic just incredible view, swimming pool and walks around this amazing land. I enjoyed to spend time with the team, we danced a lot, laugh a lot and eat a lot :) unexpectedly it was best tagines made by Samba from Senegal. I will miss our vibe, see you soon, thank you for this experience!

On arrival , we were greeted by a friendly welcoming and smiling member of the staff ( Samba ) and a barking kind dog whose company we appreciated all along our stay .. Samba ushered us around the rooms and all the available facilities of the place ..among others a beautiful continuously cleaned pool with an amazing view on the beach especially at sunset .. All the rooms are clean and equipped with the necessary requirements with a colourful hall and decoration .. we actually felt at home right away thanks to that warm, lovely, relaxing atmosphere place . There is there everything one needs and desires inside a hostel … a real clean and homely cosy place … Later at dinner we were lucky to discover some delicious food and the rest of the staff members who are kind and behave as natural and pleasant as one can possibly wish ..Christine ( the owner ) is just a gorgeous and helpful lady in terms of kindness and hosting. .. she by the way prepares tasteful delicious unique dishes ..especially the one based on fresh fish brought from the beach nearby .. A beach that is about 10 minutes walk away down a path through Argan trees ..

We really spent three wonderful unforgettable relaxing days in that farm-like place .. the sound of peacocks and chicken embellishes the morning atmosphere !!!

I would highly recommend staying here to anyone searching for peace of mind ..anyone wishing to stay away from hectic routine of city mechanical modern life ....

It's my first time here and I love it, the rooms are clean, the service was up to par, Christine was so nice, helpful and welcoming, the pool is great and refreshing, plus, they have pool parties twice a month on sundays.

We had such an amazing three days in this Riad! The place is beautiful, clean, calm and has everything you need. Especially the hosts are super welcoming, hostile and caring.

Samba cooked a lovely dinner for us. The food was delicious. Also, we swam every morning in the beautiful swimming pool. The location is great as well, just a 12 min walk to a private beach and from this beach its easy to walk to Sidi Kaouki.

I highly recommend this place to everyone. Perfect for couples, friends, surfers, but also families.

Not far from Essaouira 30 km away In Sidi Kaouki between the mountain view and the sea view a hidden treasure (L’air de la mer) a Riad with excellent simple Berber rural decoration very natural, what really makes the difference in the Riad is our hostess Christina was very friendly and attentive and always ready to help in whatever we need . Thanks Christine for sure we will come back again , the place charge you with positive energy and power , in a middle of Argan trees and ocean breeze . We had amazing breakfast the best omelette ever . I highly recommend it if you want to go back to beautiful nature.

Next to the riad there is a little creek that you can follow to the beach. One way takes about 15 - 20 min, so perfect to get back with the last hints of light after watching the sunset at the beach.

My stay at L'Air De La Mer was wonderful. A beautiful and quite space, just a walk from a secluded beach. The perfect spot to relax and recharge. Fantastic breakfast. Lovely staff and a warm-hearted host.

We ended up here by chans . But its such a nice place. Really beautiful nature and the hosts are lovely. Very welcoming and genuine. The food is remarkable really. Been to Morocco alot but all of my friends agreed that this food is something special. Christine puts alot of love into the food and you will taste it. The tagine makes my mouth watering right now. Made in oil with lots of garlic and chilly... amazing. If you are a surfer like we are you will be very happy.. You will have to drive to the spots but they are all close and the road is empty. So my highest recommendations to this place. Christian

For me it was the most beautiful trip ever.
Together with my girlfriend we lay on the roof terrace under the spread of the Milky Way and enjoyed the warmth given to us during the day in harmony with the coast of Sidi kaouki and the beauty in the sky.
The hostess was also a very nice one who brought us closer to the kitchen of North Africa.
Overall, very charged and the most beautiful trip so far. Thank you so much !

We stayed with our two girls for the second time in the appartement with a big terrace and seaview. Christine can cook everything you want, and it taste all delicious. Our girls like playing in the playroom and playing in the gardens with the dogs. We like the place with his beautiful sea view and surrounded by argan threes.

Wonderfull place with lovely people. If you want to to explore the coast of Sidi Kaouki a very nice house to have as home.

I had an excellent stay, beautiful scenarios, ( view of the sea n the valley) from the terrace of my room, friendly staff, fresh and tasty prepared food daily from the local market. Clean rooms.

We stayed in this riad for one week during November 2019 to surf the waves around the area of Sidi Kaouki. We found the location of the hotel quite convenient, but be aware that is not really on the village, but about 8km south, which in fact is fantastic if you want calm and tranquility.
Our hostess, Christine, was very friendly and attentive at all times, always ready to help in whatever we needed. The hotel is a typical Moroccan style riad, with a nice rural decoration. The rooms were spacious enough and the beds very confortable, with new linens.
What really makes the difference in this riad is the excellent breakfast we had every day, delicious and abundant, and if you want to have dinner in the hotel, don't miss the grilled San Pierre, just fastanstic.

For sure, we'll come back soon.
