A very beautiful residency with a big private swimming pool. Very safe throughout the whole day, security guards inside and in the entrance of the stay. Well taken care of, the gardens are amazing and the view at night with the lights is gorgeous, amazing for a night walk with no curfew. The people are nice too, mostly families and friends. You can enjoy the day in the pool, no worries for kids since there are 2 lifeguards and 3 security guards. The pool itself is very clean, maintenance and cleaning every monday. The pool opens at 10am untill 7pm with a one hour lunch break for the lifeguards at 2pm. Also there is a little soccer field in the residence as well. I visited the stay for summer holidays for a week and it's worth it. Plus it is located in Cabo close to the beach and to other coastal cities like Martil, M'diq and Fnideq with shopping centers and places to visit. Enjoy !

This is amazing complex apartments located in north off Morocco at Cabo Negro ,nice atmosphere ,good service with huge size off swimming pool ,very clean 24 /7 security , outstanding location near all shopping area restaurant ,coffee ,supermarket with walking distance

Superbe complexe résidentiel avec de nombreux atouts : accès sécurisé, grande piscine privée (maitres-nageurs en été), parking privatif, petit jardin d'enfants, pelouse entretenue, ascenseur, nombreux vigiles, très bon syndic dévoué.

J'y étais pendant 2 nuités : rien à dire.
Appartement bien équipé (Electromenagers neufs).
Residence propre dotée d'une Piscine et d'un terrain de foot.
Endroit paisible pour profiter de bonnes vacances.

The club originally had 9 holes, designed in 1978 by M. Cabell and B. Robinson, but has since been expanded into a full golf course. source
