Mercure Quemado Resort Hotel

The stay was wonderful, employees were so nice and friendly, the view is astounding, i will visit it again and again with no hesitation

An amazing location with a great view! We had some trouble checking in but the receptionist Youssef helped us with everything we needed!

My stay in the hotel was perfect. Very good communication with all hotel staff. Hassle-free entry. Very nice, clean hotel. Quality equipment. A very beautiful setting, in the restaurant a remarkable menu, multiple flavors, a meal as we like it with finesse. Very decent breakfast The very efficient service Nothing to say, good welcome, and above all, the drinks at the bar are impeccable, delicious with good service. The on-site spa services allow you to enjoy a moment of relaxation and sweetness I recommend and I do not hesitate to return.

Actually a close to perfect place.
The staff were perfect, the rooms were clean and great with a nice beach view.
Breakfast was good as well, you have everything you need there.
The near beach (Quemado) was not the best though, at this time of month (July), the beach gets really full since it's close to the city. But to compensate, the hotel has a nice "heated!" pool. Loved it!
The wifi wasn't working in my room, but who needs it anyway at this age?

we got a little problem there on the air-conditionnner the hotel has a wonderful view so you can enjoy it , I give 5 stars just because of two of their employers one called AYOUB ( room service ) I recommended for you if you got any problems and you want help , and the other one is the big boss air conditioning technician called OTHMAN 💪🫡 thank you so much for being a big part of our vacation and make us so comfortable without them the hotel is worthless 🙂

Excellent place, employees are very helpful. Vibrant location with lots of friendly people. Situated right at the Quemado beach, with an own pool as well. Easily accessible by foot and taxi from the city centre. Clean air-conditioned rooms with beautiful seaside view. Highly recommended!

I really like this place and the service is great the location of hotel is perfect and The hotel staff is very friendly and smiles. I loved my experience in this beautiful city. It was the first experience and we will not be the last.

I did a Morocco tour this month, I’ve stayed in different 5 star hotels and resorts but this hotel was my favorite stay by far, The rooms were clean, very comfortable, the view was outstanding and the staff was amazing, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Al hoceima.

Best location in Al Hoceima. Every single person that works there is so nice and go the extra mile to make you happy. The beach is amazing.

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful hotel by the sea. The breakfast buffet was quite varied, of good quality and for a very reasonable price (crunchy pastries with plenty of fresh juices and homemade butternut squash). We enjoyed dinner in the restaurant, very good food, great clothes, generous portions, good dessert and fruit, alcoholic drink at a very reasonable price and good food service. Hotel staff are very attentive and attentive. I will definitely come back.

Al houceima is a beautiful beach town with see through water! the hôtel has a splendid panoramic view. There are many hiking attractions around and delicious food places. The hotel is so clean and the staff is super friendly. The beach is neat and well organized I would definitely visit again.

i had a unique dinner experience at khozama restaurant. most of the dishes and drinks that we tried are for the first time which was delightful mainly because of the expertise of our host. thank you so much for the the professionalism and the accommodating that you made us feel less intimidated knowing that we don’t know much about the dishes. The fish was delicious and so the iftar. We enjoyed the atmosphere there and the view.

i had the best experience in this hotel, so many activities like scuba diving and kayaking. Our room view was spectacular and the service is 5 stars. I recommend this hotel and especially the kindness and the very good service of Kamar. She was professional, kind and very helpful. Looking forward to having another vacation in this place

Kamar took good care of us, she was very professional and especially very kind. We simply felt at home.
Everything was beyond my expectations: the view was amazing, food was very tasty and the rooms very clean, neat and well equipped.

My stay at the bar with Hamza the bartender was amazing, he offered advice on what good drinks to have and offered warm and friendliness one can expect only from the high class hotels.

Great view of the Mediterranean. The room was very specious and clean. The location of the hotel is perfect - close to the port, restaurants. And the breakfast was amazing!

My excellence is beyond explanation, as the superlative to describe my experience is literally endless. The Hotel is just a home of comfort. My assessment of the Hotel is very remarkable : The staff were friendly and committed to their duties, .The food and Drinks were really good.,Superb breakfast, wonderful Lunch, etc..It was indeed a moment of comfort and pleasure.. I have good memories indeed
