I got here 10 mn before the closing time to get a SIM card activated, the guy refused to give me the service and said I should come back at 2pm because he has to go Downtown Berkane to get Sth done, I waited nearby and saw him have coffee nearby right next to the agency 😂 that must’ve been the quickest downtown drive EVER. After the wait, he refused to activate the sim I wanted and gave me a lame excuse, he has no idea how to do his job and does not seem well versed in the field he is working in. I just switched from Maroc telecom to Inwi and got everything done online from the comfort of my home. After 11 years of using Maroc telecom

Allez y pour acheter une recharge ou une carte sim pour le reste oubliez. Suite à des problèmes techniques sur la ligne adsl je demande à faire une réclamation et l’agent rempli la demande mais aucn sms de confirmation et personne n’est venu régler le problème. Deuxième fois je fais la même demande et il me renvoi vers le 115. Obligé de me déplacer à Ahfir et là miracle prise en compte de ma demande sms de confirmation et envoi de techniciens dans un delais d’une heure.
