These guy's are 5 stars! Jamal, Munir and the team are dedicated to their job and go above and beyond in making sure you are comfortable and at ease. I visited twice in January on two separate occasions and both times these guy looked after me and were very kind and helpful.
They were transparent in the dealings and clear with the do's & don't. They made my experience comfortable and for this i thank the team. Jamal, Munir you guys are really good people and i will always use your services when i visit this beautiful city and country. Thank you. Rafique.

Agadir Hertz is fantastic. Customer service was exemplary. They spoke English, French and Arabic very well. Incredibly helpful and other car hire companies take note. Hertz is absolutely superb. Will most definitely use again.

I WOULD NOT USE ANYONE ELSE. I HAVE USED OTHER CAR RENTAL COMPANIES PREVIOUSLY AND BY FAR I WOULD RECOMMEND DOLLAR HERTZ, AGADIR TERMINAL, MOROCCO. THEY ARE THE BEST !! Try them, you will NOT be disappointed I can wholeheartedly assure you.

Came over from Ireland last Friday the 10th June. Met a lovely fella at the Hertz desk who sorted our rental in no time at all. Can't for the life of me remember his name. Everything was great, got a lovely diesel Renault Clio that did the job perfectly. I was really really happy with the car and even though the roads are a bit mad it was worth it for getting around and seeing things. Especially if you want to go up to paradise valley or Imozer Ida otanan swimming, its the only way

When I returned the car I met a different man named Midiah in the car park who was sound out aswell. There was no panic at all, the car came back the way I got it and it was simple as sign the Docket and hand over the keys and away we went home

I've seen some reviews about people complaining about a cleaning fee. There was no mention of this to me at any stage before or after. However before leaving Agadir, when I filled the fuel tank I spent 20MAD (€2) giving it a quick power wash and hoover as I would do with any car before giving it back out of courtesy but that's just me

Overall great expiernece and when I return the next to to Agadir, I will use Hertz again

Picked up a car at Agadir airport on 22/11 for a couple of days . The person at the airport desk was very helpful as well as the collection team in the car park , who were also very efficient and quick on return of the car .
