Sejour incroyable en mai 2017 en amoureux. Le lieu est magnifique et très bien entretenu, le personnel est charmant et les hôtes (Aurélie et Guillaume) sont hyper agréables. Nous nous sommes sentis comme avec des amis de longue date. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir en avril ou mai 2018 et cette fois ci avec notre fils.

Un grand lieu de paradis.
Calme, grand espace, nuit étoilé tout est majestueux ! L'acceuil y est de plus fabuleux et très cordial.
Un lieu unique à 15 minutes du centre ville qui ravira les amateurs de tranquillité

Nous y avons organisé notre mariage, c’est un endroit incroyable et magique. Idéal pour se retrouver en famille. Une bulle de tranquillité, un petit éden à proximité des montagnes de l’atlas. Un grand merci à toute l’équipe, professionnelle, disponible sachant être présente et discrète à la fois.

Riad precioso. Se respira paz. Personal muy atento y agradable. Recomiendo su estancia 100%.

DO NOT BOOK! Visited here in 2019 as part of a big group. Room smelled of drains and I was over charged 200USD on our room for additional drinks other members of the group had ordered. Owners Patrick and his partner did not give you the warm and friendly welcome like I had experienced from other Riads we had stayed in. Despite this, and the discussion to address the problems, we decided to rebook the venue again for Sept 2020 as we were a large group and they could accommodate us all together. After paying the deposit and then a further instalment, the country closed its borders due to COVID. Patrick refused to give any refund of the 3000 Euros we had put down, not even a partial refund and has disappeared off the planet with our money, with no way of contacting him after many many emails, messages and attempts to call him. ONLY BOOK IF YOU WANT TO SAY BYE TO YOUR MONEY!

Having stayed at the Riad for 7 nights, I would not return. The problem lies with the owner, who fundamentally is a con.
He has conducted himself appallingly throughout the pandemic, refusing to return a hefty deposit to the wonderful organiser of what should have been our 2nd our yoga retreat at the property.

Despite many failed attempts to resolve this, no contact or progress has been made. He still has money in his pockets that should have been returned in line with his own refund policy.
Do not book to stay here, especially with the current situation as your holiday will be cancelled and you will also be out of pocket.

I visited as part of a retreat and found the owner rude and unhelpful. He has also ignored and refused to refund money to the retreat organiser after she rebooked and it had to be cancelled due to COVID. Do not book this place! The owner is untrustworthy, unresponsive and will take your cash!
