Imsouane Beach House - Chez Hafid

The perfect place to take your first surf lessons and to surf professionally. The host Hafid is extremely helpful and the quality of the place has exceeded our expectations. Stop here and take rest !

We stayed for 2 nights, and were looking for a « real » beach house experience, and the one we had Chez Hafid was so much greater than expected ! Hafid and Pauline’s beach house is a amazing, located on the cathedral beach far from the touristic surf and yoga retreat on the bay (4 min walks to get to the main restaurants). We were staying in the double bed room with a window to the sea (for real!). Thank you for this peacefull time :-)

We stayed next door and rented surfboards and suits from Hafid. His place is great and he is a really cool guy. I would call him in german "coole Socke". Friendly and helpful - totaly relaxed. To say it with his words: "We sit here the whole day and watch the waves and if its good, we go surf." That's what it is all about.
We enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere at this beach and the beautiful tiny fisher houses around us. Thank you!

Hidden gem. Ocean-facing cliff side cottages like the Greek houses in the Cyclades islands, simple but tasteful. Literally in front of the waves (big ones) and the sunset. Hafid is welcoming and honest.

Surrounding village is equally authentic and charming. Can’t wait to come back.

Lovely spot, lovely hosts! One of the first houses in Imsouane, in the original village before the current Imsouane was founded.

The house was built by Hafid’s father who used to host hippies in the early days of Imsouane. Hafid and Pauline then made further improvements to turn it into a more ‘official’ guest house.

Really really cozy and friendly vibe. Pauline and Hafid still live upstairs so it feels more like staying with a friend than the ‘business’ hostels you’ll find in other places.

Also the best Tajine I ate in Morocco! :)

On the spot, this authentic surf house is the perfect place for your holidays. You sleep with the sound of the ocean on nice bedroom. The place is amazing and Hafid is always available for you. You can have your meals prepared or doing them by yoursef, a kitchen is free for you. I will come back for sure. Thanks for everything.

The place and the people were super great and helpful, you can go surfing and swimming the moment you wake up and you see everything. I really recommend this place. The view from the chilling area is breath taking during sunset time.

Hafid is a legend of the game. His little igloo is perfectly located on the beach, right across from the point. Terrace is in just the right spot to sit and wait for the waves to start cooking, then just grab a board and a wet suit from downstairs and it’s kawabangaa time. The accomodation is basic, but clean and nice. Hafid made us coffee in the morning on the stove. Was great!

Perfect location, nice people and very nice host! Good place to swim and suf! The house is clean and relaxing! We would always come again!

The place to be at Imsouane. The house has some nice little terraces and is located directly at the ocean. Its quite and chilled. Hafid is a super host, very friendly and welcoming. We plan to come back!
