I would highly recommend using sovoy cars to anyone who travels to Morocco! They are extremely professional and very honest. Especially when we returned the car they were completely honest and didn’t try charging us any extra we were were a little cautious about this being British. I will be hiring from them again and I was extremely impressed with their service and honesty! They are actually based in Marrakesh but due to their excellent service they delivered the car to us all the way in Agadir. I couldn’t recommend them enough!

Impressions from communication with the service are excellent. We before wrote to WhatsApp, agreed on the details, and the documents were issued to us online. These guys don't take a deposit, which is convenient. They given a discount for us, as we took for 8 days. They always respond quickly to messages, take into account wishes. Registration at the Casablanca airport took 5 minutes. We were given a fresh excellent car. After 8 days, we returned it late in the evening at the airport in 5 minutes too. I recommend this service!👍😘

Overall good experience. Arranged everything from home and the contactperson was waiting for me at the airport. When dropping off the car after 16 days at another airport, the person from Sovoy was there within 5 minutes to take the car back.
Got a nice upgrade from the Dacia Duster I selected, and the car was perfect. Recommended!

Overall good experience with the car rental. When initial booking was made on the official website, there was no confirmation email sent at all even though credit card payment went through. I was waiting for few hours and no email. I tried contacting them over one of the numbers provided online but that number was not useful as whoever was responding did not have access to the online system. Tried another number and someone performed necessary action so that confirmation email finally got to me. This was a stressful part as the credit card was charged but initially no confirmation was provided. The online reservation system needs to be updated so that confirmation is sent immediately once the payment is processed.
Few minor delays at the check in as the car was not supposedly having appropriate papers. Was offered Hyundai Accent instead of Dacia, but eventually this was resolved and Dacia was provided. The car was reasonably clean. Few minor dents and scratches that have been taken into account during walkthrough. The only downside was that the car came with absolutely empty gas tank so it was stressful to drive first kilometers without knowing when it would run out of gas .. I was told that it is an exception and usually they come with more gas...
Upon return the car was dropped off early in the morning, which is much appreciated. Just keep in mind that when you check out they may offer you to help with your luggage or remove garbage from the car and in this case you would owe them some money, which is typical in Morocco as everyone is very kind offering their services to the tourist for a small amount.... just keep few extra Dirhams or Euros in your pocket until last moment if you want to avoid some embarrassing situations.
Considering other reviews from different companies in Morocco I would call my experience as positive and would recommend this company to others.

I have had an excellent experience renting from Sovoycars. Rent prices was very decent. Hicham provided excellent customer service. Pick up and drop off was on point. The car itself drove like new. I managed to book the SUV car I was looking for in minutes through WhatsApp messages. Very friendly staff made my car rental easy and smooth. Very flexible, they sent me the car to the location I decided and I dropped it at the location I decided. I'll do again. Highly recommended.
